Grand view canine care did a great job! I was nervous at first about boarding my rescue that is reactive to dogs and large men but had no option since the place we were going didn’t allow pets. As soon as we arrived to drop her off my nerves were soothed and she was very welcoming and greeted Lilly very comfortably. Lilly was great and loved her, wanting to explore the scents right away. Throughout the trip I was at peace knowing she was being taken care of and was updated with pictures and informed of how she was doing and eating. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and will definitely bring her again if I need to go out of town in the future!

Great experience. Felt super comfortable leaving our dog with them, the transition was easy & quick, he was there all day. The price was super affordable, and he came home tired (this is good, a tired dog is a good dog) and calm & went right to sleep. Definitely will use them again, strongly recommend.

Love getting the updates complete with photos while the dogs are there. Nice to know they get multiple walks a day. Also really convenient that they can get groomed during their stay, too!

Just took my 85lb cane corso mix to get his nails clipped. The two technicians and owner were in there to assist since it was his first time. They were quick, affordable and provided a safe environment to my pet as well as them. I will be coming back because they know how to handle my dog correctly and safely.

Love love love this place! I have a very nervous German Shepherd who needs a little extra love and patience. They are wonderful with her and give her a save and happy environment for day care and extended stays while we are away. They are a family run business and it truly shows. The family was very supportive when my other dog passed away. Grand view is way more than a kennel and groomer. It is obvious they love what they do and treat everyone, two and four legged, with care and love! The only place I trust to take my special girl!

Grandview was a great find for us. Our previous doggy daycare was closing and we needed to find a location that was the right fit for our shy puppy. Everyone at Grandview immediately got to know her and continues to work to get her to come out of her shell. We have since added a rescue pup to our pack and they opened their doors for him to attend daycare as well. The ability for Grandview to have dogs inside, outside, and to take them for walks in their country setting is good for our pups. We also use their boarding services which are top notch.

Grand View is the only place I’ll take my dogs! As a crazy obsessed dog mom, I get extreme anxiety leaving my babies. Grand View always takes great care of them and loves them and sends me pictures to let me know they’re having a blast! And the pups always come home happy and exhausted. The Grand View crew is always up to date on health, grooming, and general care knowledge for all dogs which makes me trust them even more!

I can not find the words that express how happy and blessed we are with the people and care at Grandview. We have 3 dogs...Bailey a laid back lab...Rose the controlling mother hen Maltese...and Arnold the oversized energetic needy Bloodhound. As soon as we approach the drive they can't wait to get out. There has never been a problem when they stay overnight and the ladies always send pictures. You can see that patience is taken with the grooming as well. They are always there for you and I would recommend them for all your needs. Great group!!!

I love Grand View Canine Care. Cassandra has been so wonderful to work with and really has been so accommodating to my crazy work schedule when it comes to doggie daycare. I never have to worry about my Luna because I know she is in great hands. Cassandra sends me texts with updates and lots of pictures of my Luna playing and having fun. Luna loves her daycare days and gets so excited on the days we head to daycare in the morning. I would 10/10 recommended GVCC!

It was our first time boarding our dog and we could not be happier! He had a great time and was very well cared for. We even got a few pictures and updates throughout the week! You can tell Grand View loves what they do and they loved our dog!

We dropped off our dog this week while we went on vacation. First time he had to be boarded and we were nervous! They made sure to update us every day and send us pictures. When we picked him up, his nails were clipped, he was given a bath and he seemed so happy! Will definitely be going back next time we go away!

The staff are knowledgeable and professional; open to answering questions about your dog. Excellent grooming services. Well maintained facilities in a beautiful setting. It is clear that they love dogs and they provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend them for grooming, daycare and boarding.

The staff are so kind and caring and really take their time to give your pup just the attention that is needed to make sure their stay is the best it can be. The team at Grand View Canine Care is extremely professional, knowledge, and they go above and beyond to care for and love on your fur babies. I have a golden doodle that I've had both boarded and groomed by them, and let me tell you they do an outstanding job. He is so excited to come back each time. I have an “energetic” Aussie, and I’m always so happy when he is with the Grand View team. They appreciate his spunky, funny personality, and when I pick him up, he’s relaxed and relatively mellow. I know he’s in good hands with them. One more thing comes to mind...my dog is pretty bad on a leash, but Cassandra walks him and works on his leash manners. This is a wonderful business, and a permanent part of my dog’s care team.

I couldn't be happier with my Whiskey boys experience here!! I have a very spoiled very high maintenance boxer/plott hound mix and even though he is the most friendly lovable boy in the world I was so so worried about leaving him for 9 days at all let alone someone I didn't personally know! However, they did absolutely amazing with him and with me texting every 5 minutes lol! I was sent photos and updated daily and they even made sure he had extra blankets to cuddle with because they are his favorite thing! If I could I would give a million stars! Thank you SO much for treating my boy like a member of your family and going the extra mile to make him and myself comfortable. He came home so happy and well taken care of. We absolutely will be back!

We cannot express how happy we have been with Grandview Grooming. We have 2 full size collies and 120# of hair between the two of them. We have always been happy after picking up our fur babies. They look so clean and beautiful after the grooming. Collar bandannas and all. I would recommend them to all. Thank you 👍👍👌👌👌

We were out of town later than expected due to a storm and they kept him for 3 extra days with no problem. They even gave him a healthier food that we have since changed him to and his skin issues are so much better. We got picture updates of him having a good time that definitely put me at ease knowing he is such a shy dog. I can't say enough good things about Grand View.... Grand View Canine Care is Sabi's home away from home! He's in daycare throughout the week and he often doesn't want to go home when I pick him up because he's having so much fun! They are not your "typical kennel" whatsoever. They are so much more! We drove an hour out of our way each direction, and will do it again for sure!

I have been bringing my furbaby to Grand View for a few years. I will actually drive the 1+ hour to take him there rather than any of the many places in Rochester. They are amazing to all of the pups in their care.
