Cristina is great an goes that extra mile to help with getting prescriptions refilled and sent. Jenn is great and together they along with their staff are an. I usually have a great experience in this store. However, when trying to get my covid seasonal shot. My medical info was unable to be processed. Even though they claimed they take blue cross blue shield the clerk last Tuesday said my numbers on the card didn't work. I never had an issue with my insurance anywhere.

Hats off to whoever transformed this store. Hard to believe it's in Ardsley. Neat, clean, always well stocked with nothing out of place. There are special displays here and there, but not in such a way as to block trafficEach department has a sign, so it's easy to find the categories. Pharmacy is pretty efficient and actually answers the phone.Also very impressed with how they handle things when busy. If the check-out line starts growing, another person opens a register. Happened yesterday when they had 3 registers open. So very rare.The only thing that irritates me - and I mean REALLY pi--es me off . . . 5¢ if you want a bag. I mean c'monnnnn.This place sure beats the 3rd world bazar of a place that is our only alternative in this town.

(MOST) of the employees are kind as well as (SOME) of the pharmacist/pharmacist assistants. However I've had several unpleasent experiences with a pharmacist assistant... I don't remember his name but he is an older man. He misgenders me all the time and looks at me like I'm from a different planet. It's really uncomfortable. Plus he is very very slow at his job. The pharmacy team is usually in a terrible mood/always rushed constantly... they really need more assistance than they are given. The store itself is usually clean/presentable. The main issue is trying to reach someone on the phone via pharmacy. It rings and rings. Having to call several times at different hours to reach someone regarding important questions. Also - You will most likely have to wait in line that takes a long time most days of the week.

I went in to look at make-up, hair dye and supplements. I don't live around here but was in the area and thought I would stop becuase sometimes, different area, different stock. I walked in and they makeup aisle was out of stock on almost everything. The hairr dye section was small and they did not carry the supplement I needed. There was one employee there who was stocking shelves AND running the register. He was elderly and very sweet. The only good thing in there lol. Would not go back. I gave an extra star for the employee.

No answer when I called to see if my prescription was ready. Called three times. Rang the phone 1000 times. I realize that we are in a pandemic and if I needed meds for it, I’d be screwed. It’s really very irresponsible. Hire more people, For goodness sakes.

Nice array of items to chose from. My go to spot when I don't feel like going to a supermarket for a small amount of items I need. Go to spot for medication pickup since their pharmacy in the back is very reliable.
