Hopefully you don't want deli meat sliced after work. Apparently they can randomly decide not to do it. I asked at 5-something pm and the guy said pick from refrigerator case. Wow. The choice is between huge packages with super thick cuts of lunchmeat. This happens too often here.

Very friendly atmosphere. Place has some good sales sometimes.. glad it's a pokemon stop because I love playing pokemon go.

if there was a way to give negeative stars to a place this store would deserve that on many levels. i have now twice been accused of being a thief and a liar by certain employees of this store. when both times my reciepts and the cameras would absolutely show who it was that had told the truth in both situations. funny that i have never been allowed to view that footage. not even when they took me to court.on the flip side as with anywhere i have found that most of the lower level employees are very pleasent and helpful. it is the few who feel they have some kind of power that think they are better than the public they serve. my advice to all is simply to ALWAY ALWAYS KEEP YOUR RECIEPTS!!!! I for one know first hand that when it comes down to it they are going to say whatever they choose and unless u have the means to fight tops as a whole.. u like me.. WILL ALWAYS BE THE LOOSER.

Very inefficient self check out. I counted over 9 times that the register had to be cleared because the The platform area where you put your groceries stops every time you put a empty paper bag which seems sort of ironic since they ask you at the end how many bags you have why don’t they just scan the bag before you set it on the counter I travel all over the country for work and this was so annoying today and I’m a fairly patient person There’s a reason why you use self-serve hoping that it would go a little faster first and last time shopping here for this chain of stores

The cashier at the self checkout did not give me credit for my water bottles. Made us pay full price, and wouldn't give our water bottles back. That's almost 30 extra dollars we had to pay.....4 empties, no refund. Recommend going elsewhere for your water needs. As for the rest of the store? Nice. Clean. Well mannered employees, awesome management. Just a bad cashier at self checkout. Heavy set fella. 👎👎👎👎👎 Not amused.

Overall it is a good place to shop, but I don't recommend any of their "fresh salads". The last few times I have gotten one, it tasted awful. The lettuce is always brown and wilted. The last time it tastesd like dirt.

There is a huge sign at BOTH entrances to the store telling shoppers that masks are REQUIRED inside the store. But it's apparently just a suggestion, as there were many people shopping with no mask on. Even some of the cashiers had their masks pulled down. I have cancer, so I couldn't wait to get out of there. I just wish there was ANYBODY there to enforce the mask requirement. We will never be done with this pandemic because of selfish, rude people who think it's funny to be that way. We went to another store.....big difference. Everyone had masks on AND over their noses. I guess we'll shop there for now.

I am a regular customer and in the last few months I have noticed one manager in particular be extremely nasty to one of the cashiers. I have been through her line. She always is beyond pleasant and takes very good care of her customers. This manager seems to delight in abusing her over trivial nonsense in front of customers. Its very unprofessional and should be addressed. Might be why this store can't keep people and your corporation is failing. Maybe appreciate your employees more and treat them with respect.

It Tops good deals clean store. Recently having an issue getting Chobani flips in the "perfect peach cobbler" flavor. The store stock is depleted every time I go in. At least once a week. I shouldn't have to show up on dairy delivery to get it. It's sad.

I don't know what it is about this store in East Aurora but it is always busy no matter the time you go. They never have enough registers opened and you wait and wait. The store is very clean and I do enjoy the layout of this one. Staff has always been friendly.

I've been shopping here for years and always have good service and the property is always maintained. I use my bonus card and save on gas as well. One thing though, change your septic pipe for men's urinal!!!! You can smell pee outside of your restrooms. It's not the urinal it's the pipe that's 100 years old

Great grocery store for everything you need. Everything is almost always stocked up, the employees are always friendly and helpful, and even when the checkout lines are long they move quickly. There is an ATM, Redbox, bottle/can return, and gas pumps.

So apparently Tops can't return items. My friend bought some extra stuff for memorial day. Now they're saying due to Covid -19 they can't accept returns. These people must of ate a lot of lead paint toys as kids. Their policy is in little ink on the bottom of a receipt. I mean come on... They have no problem accepting money, full of plenty of transmitted germs! And I see very few cashiers wearing gloves. And after the cashier grabs your dirty money. She grabs your groceries to bag them. And it's not like they put most returns back on the shelves anyways! I wouldn't be so upset about this. If their policies were more noticable. I guarantee money is easier to catch germs then most other items

The TOPS in Arcade is clean and accomodating. Lines during busy hours can get quite long. Customer service could be a bit better as the employees there (most of them anyway) are generally less than enthused to be ringing up your groceries. Self Cash out makes this easy to avoid though everyone knows that and it can get a busy. A smile goes a long way.

My local Tops. Where I am greeted like family everytime I set foot inside. Meat department is quite small, but nice. Produce is a fun place to explore with my kids

I like Topps gotta shop sale items ! Also they sell coconut creamer for your coffee! But it's fantastic in oatmeal!!! Definitely try that people!

Cons: Got rid of largest carts during big remodel, seem to have smaller selection than East Aurora, indifferent staff with a few exceptions, lots of stuff (clothing, toys, etc.) cluttering isles.Pro: gas station.

The store has been nicely updated but the wall of savings across from Customer Service is very 1999 - you don't see it in other Tops Markets anymore... Get rid of it
