Service sucked. SUPER slow. Food sets under lights while people wait for it!! .. NO COMMUNICATION between employees... who don't seem to want to be there anyway. One young ... boy was incredibly sarcastic and rude. Told me if I didn't want to wait I could go some place else. While my food sat in a bag on the counter, along with 3 other orders. When 1 of the employees asked another employee who they were for he shrugged and walked away. She just started yelling out what was in the bag. My food was TOTALLY COLD. I ended up throwing most of it away! Annnd the place was filthy!!

Worst experience at a McDonald's we've ever had! McChickens we're super dry and rubbery, tastes like cardboard and one of the rolls was smashed to about paper thin.. Got mcdoubles and a big Mac, burgers were dark on one side and pale to almost white on the other, also super dry and terrible tasting. The workers were yelling the whole time we were eating and heard them say f$#@ numerous times. Every customer had to go back up and ask for napkins because none were being given out with orders.

Got breakfast. #2 Sauage, Egg, muffin sandwich and two Burritos. To go. Got to Dr office.Burritos were half the length of a normal burritos. Looked fat?I thought finger food. No sauce?#2 was dry, muffin hard.Cost me $12.00 for that.. Pass.

They did an amazing job serving everyone quickly. We were a tour bus of 56 people plus the regular customers there for the lunch hour. We did call ahead and communicate/coordinate our lunch stop with them. Kudos to their staff!!

I actually cant say anything bad about the staff or service at this McDonald's. I used to stop at this McDonald's 5 times a week for years during my commute to and from work for lunch and/or dinner. Mornings I would grab two hash browns and a caramel frappe. 2 Hash browns were a dollar and my frappe was on the expensive end at $2.50. For dinner I would grab a quarter pounder meal for $6.50. I almost never stop now because of the prices. Hash browns are now $2 each and a meal is $10. For these prices, I'm better off ordering take out from a restaurant where things are handmade with better portions. My more recent visits have been just for drinks.

I had two online orders, I was able to pick up one but then I was told the other persons phone had to be there even when I had the order number. So I go back around and order her order again and then get home and only 2 out of the 4 pies were in the bag that I paid for. It was just 3 bucks but Obviously I’m not gonna go back to get the other two pies but just a reminder for everyone, check your orders before you leave. Sometimes mistakes happen but I also believe you should double check the orders before you send them out the window.

These people don't care about business. I showed up a good 30 min before closing on May 11th 2022 and they said they only have fries left. I feel bad for their manager because they can't be making any money. Completely incompetent employees.

Best service I've had at any McDonald's in a very long time. Actually had a person take my order instead of having to use those darn kiosks. So miss the personal service.Features: No mask, no problem

Went to this location at 11pm with some friends and when receiving the order at the drive thru, was told to never come that late ever again. I guess the next time we want to go somewhere late we will chose another location. I can understand not wanting to be open late at night but that doesn't mean your customer service goes out the window because of the time of night. If you don't like your job switch shifts or quit. There is no reason to be snotty and rude because someone placed a bigger order than normal for a car of people.
