Paid for the top wash at $18.00.Definitely got the lower wash. No color foam, no EXTRA time for cleaning. Was through the wash in 2 minutes. What a rip off!

It's a ok wash. Definitely nothing special and if you have some serious grime on your vehicle it's not going to get it completely clean.

Not a car wash I would visit again. Selected the $16 dollar wash (middle of the road option-premium wash was $18). Inserted a $20 did not receive change. Car wash time very short. Showed 30 seconds of dry time, only got 10 before the rolling door closed and locked us in (had to use the emergency exit button). Looked at the car after exiting and car was not clean. Very disappointed.

Frequent CK Car Washes- this location is close, however I use other location in Apalachin as I find this location washes are hit n miss when it comes to quality especially rinsing.This is a full service only - self service avail up 434 about 1/2 mile.The dog wash rooms here are great for cleaning/bathing my pooch on the regular.

After selecting the $18 package it said to pull ahead but the door wouldn't go up. Sat there for a few and still nothing. I emailed them asking for a refund or to get a free wash. Haven't heard anything from them in a week or so. Said they respond in 48 hrs.

Ck’s car wash is a complete rip off. My first experience with this newly renovated car wash was bad. The cost is outrageous $9 for minutes of piss poor wash. The wash station that i used had serious issues. The floor drain was not working, triple foam conditioner not working, and pre wash not working. The huge rip off is their is no air dry option with the extreme cost to offset value. if i want a better wash i can go down the the street to his other was next to the gas station pay the same and get air drying. The spot free rinse is pathetic i could honestly piss harder then it.

$9 for a great wash? HAH! Did even get the bird poop off the windshield.The dog wash is OK if you're in a pinch or you dog doesn't do well in a store. But I can go to PetSmart self wash for $10 a dog and get unlimited time, towels, brushes, combs, a smock for me AND they have staff who clean up for you.

Just hope you don’t get stuck in the wash. If you are stuck and call them you just get an answering machine. I was stuck in the wash for 45 minutes, didn’t get my car washed and I was offered 1 free wash (which I already paid for). Also the owner was pretty rude when he did show up.

Car wash at Apalachin malfunctioned. I paid for the ultimate wash and didn't even get the basic wash completed. Called and left message asking for refund. 4 days later they sent a code for a free wash.

I live close to this location. I use it quite often. Had one problem recently, where the machine began to wash and stopped - just flashed for me to pull through. Called the number, left a message. Received a call back a couple days later with a wash code. Customer service is just fine, in my opinion. Will continue to use.

I will not ever go back. The car got pre- rinsed dumped with soap and it shut off! Company also did not respond to my email and it's been a week even though they state the respond within 24 hours.

You're better off donating your money to charity then to give it to these crooks. Dont go to the manual car wash because your car will come out dirtier than it did coming in. Not sure how they do it must be a way to get repeat customers. They probabaly pump their water from the river.

Rip off used 5 minutes of car wash and it says 4 minutes for 3$ and it charged me 10$ last time I come here
