My mom was traveling from Ontario to Erie Pa and her car broke down. The staff at this Tops were so kind and helpful on this very cold winter day. My son works at the Erie Tops and was so glad to hear that his coworkers at a distance were taking care of his grandma with kindness while waiting for us to go rescue her and her car that he's letting his own managers know of their helpful work today. Thank you so much! Not just a grocery store but a kind and safe part of this community in an emergency!

Disappointed in Tops today. Put in my bonus card to happily see a significant savings off the original price. Cashier called the manager over to reverse it. This Tops doesn't care about saving you more.

Received an instacart delivery order shortly after 930pm on December 9th. Did not realize store closed at 10. Google maps didn't inform me when I started navigation to store, and instacart should have waited to send order out to shoppers until next day. However, Danielle and the two ladies that worked that night went above and beyond to help fulfill the order. They literally saved my day. And my Christmas. Instacart pays poorly for no fault cancelations and I am so happy that they helped us out!

My wife and I were just at this tops location. We had 4 bags of groceries and the teenager boy with dark brown hair and glasses that was our cashier was very lazy. He wouldn’t pack our groceries and just let them fall on the floor. I like to know why he thinks he doesn’t have to do his job that he gets paid for to do. He should be fired!

I think you should always visit the smaller grocery stores in Western new York because the experience is completely different then the giant big box locations. Because of their size they have to source and select just the best of the best. And I found that this was the case with this little tops. The staff was friendly and kind the store was clean and and overall we found what we neededWell done

High prices. Not easy to find what I was looking for...not an extensive collection. While the store was clean, I stopped only for flowers: what they did have was only passable quality & high priced. I usually avoid this chain & this trip just reinforced my decision. They used to be a good store chain 20 years ago....not any more.

Was a sure fine that was horrible literally no stars kinda store. I went in for milk one morning and saw the General manager and an employee cleaning up the produce section and the lady was coughing up a storm all over the lettuce and into her hand then moved other vegetables. Disgusting. Now tops saved this small grocery store and it’s like all the other tops. Ok. Has all the same deals just a slightly smaller selection. That manager from sure fine was working there but I haven’t seen him lately. Great place to run in for a few things.

Ridiculously small store, crammed with way too many things. It was very difficult to get thru the aisles as they are barely wide enough for 2 carts. There were employees attempting to restock, but they either had to stop each time a customer went by, or the customer had to carefully maneuver carts around them and the boxes. Too many displays blocking everything. It seemed to be a fire hazard.

Just so everyone knows, this place is no longer a Shurfine or whatever is in the pictures, now it is a new Tops. I just moved here from downtown Buffalo where I had a Wegmans close by, so since this is a bit of a smaller Supermarket it's a downgrade from that, but it is clean and the staff is nice and it is close to my house. Good sales on some things, others are a bit pricey. Produce department is lacking, especially lettuce, only romaine and iceberg. But overall, not bad.

Brand new store and yet the tomatoes are sitting with mold on them just feet away from the stock clerk. Deli has been mind blowingly rude on all four occasions I've had to deal with them. Check out is always very slow and worst of all, all those employees but no one ever willing to help you. I see more people getting help from other customers then employees.

This Tops is a bit smaller than most, since it was owned by various businesses throughout the years and only became a Tops sometime in the last six months. Not as much selection as their other stores given the limited space, but the Bonus cards still work all the same.

The Worker she was very rood she opens the Tops in Angola when she feels like it. Tops hours are 6am not 6:05am . This isn’t the first time she opens when she feels like it Very miserable young lady 4/30/21

It's small compared to Derby or other Tops. They do run out of SALE ITEMS QUICKLY. Some employees are friendly, not so much the people who are shopping at the place.

Much better prices than the other stores that were here. I like how much closer it is than derby. The renovations make it much more presentable. Will definitely shop regularly here now.

This is a tiny store so things are a little crowded but its a big improvement over the last 3 or 4 stores there. I usually hit long lines too, maybe I went at busy times, have only gone there a few times, I do a lot of grocery shopping at Lakeside Market too.

Has alot more to get but i couldnt cause of the croud i was with witch was very bad. But the Store is the best just like my buddy that ownes Lake Side Markets!!

Went to purchase a birthday cake for my mother and all cakes were in a freezer and tops were freezer burned ... Bakery department was very limited for product.

The tops in Angola is terable. Doesn't have what you are looking for. This tops is not like the tops in Derby which has a better selection. That is why I'm giving it 1 star.
