You can never get through the store as there is always stock on the floor sometimes blocking an entire aisle or two or three. Rarely do you go down an aisle that isn't blocked by something. I by no means am blaming the staff. In order to blame the staff they would have to have enough employees working to do that. Which is another problem. Half the time the one or two staff working are busy trying to multitask that they don't always notice right away that someone is at the register. Maybe corporate needs to worry more about staffing the stores they already have instead of building a new one every 5 miles!

Today at Store # 06977 I was verbally attacked while checking out. while in the store i was trying to look at items in the school supplies isle, however the whole isle was blocked by stocking carts. I decided to take a picture of this issue because the store is always like this. i was going to show the picture to a general manager if they requested it no employees or customers are in this picture. While checking out an employee approached me and started yelling at me that its against policy to record in the store. i told i did not record and the i took a picture of the carts every where. She continued to yell at me saying that they have no room in the storage room etc. She yelled at me in front of my 3 year old child making her feel scared. I asked the employee for her name and then ignored her and paid for my products and left. That is not how you treat customers. So what now i have to worry about this employee verbally abusing me every time i go in this store!

I went to visit this Dollar General store on Friday, September 17, 2021. When I walked in there there was this female employee who kept crying, and screaming about how she was being mistreated by her supervisor. I just went on my way and picked up a few items. When I got to the checkout it was the same female employee who cashed me out at the cash register. When she was done she didn't bother to put any of my items in a bag, or asked if I bought my own bag, and just left them on the counter where I had to reach over and grab them and put them in a bag myself. The next time you employees have a problem with management please do not take it out on the customers. I don't deserve to be mistreated. It's not my fault they are issues between the employees and management at this place. I don't need to hear the employees yelling and screaming about how they're being mistreated by management. Take it inside the office next time. Stop punishing the customers.

This is the filthiest & most disorganized Dollar General store that we've even been to. Shame on you folks who work here and also the management staff. Show some pride & honor in all that you do, including the workplace that provides you with a paycheck. If you feel undervalued then quit your job and make a position open for someone who is willing to earn their paycheck.

Store is always in good order, stocked and associates are always helpful. Owners... please fix your air conditioning, your employees are working hard in extreme heat , I was just there today and it was as hot inside as outside and it was 83 degrees, not sure if that is above OSHA standards but it was HOT, I would have shopped longer but I had to get out of there asap.

Constantly harrasses my sister who shops there for convenience. A manager telling her to wait off to the side for customers that are after her. Also making snide remarks to her constantly, absolutely try any other store in the franchise. This one doesn't know how to hire competent and friendly staff.

I LOVE this DG! One of two reasons being the staff is very knowledgeable of their products. The reason number two is they are always stocked! Let's go on to other Dollar Generals there either out of something or haven't put it on a shelf yet, here it's clean and always stuffed shells. Very polite people. Keep up the great work! This store was recently remodeled to expand the refrigeration. Now it carries a wider variety of dairy and frozen products along with other food. It doesn't carry as wide of a variety of goods that you are use to finding at other Dollar General stores, such as clothes and home decor. I think the prices are higher at this store too since they remodeled.

The store is much nicer now after the remodel with much more stuff to buy and most of the employees are very kind and helpful. They don't always have everything in stock that everyone wants but it's a great store for the most part with a wide selection of things to buy.

This location never has what I need so I always have to try another location. They need to have someone exclusively stock shelves since the shelves are usually bare and boxes are usually hanging out on carts in the aisles majority of the time. I give up on this location! Don't bother if you have the choice to go somewhere else.

Ever since they’ve remodeled, EVERY TIME I goIn there, there’s huge carts with boxes all over the store blocking entire aisles. There’s never anyone emptying or moving these carts, super irritating. There’s one employee who talks SO much and slows the line done telling super awkward and weird stories, it’s super unprofessional and I literally will turn around and walk out sometimes when i see him. Most people are running in after a long day at work or something and don’t want to stand there and listen to him talk about his life for 10 minutes.

The stock room has been over flowed into the store,blocking entire aisles for months.There is always one cashier and another putting things on shelves yet things never seem to make it to the shelves.I'm pretty sick of squeezing through aisles and moving racks full of product out of my way to get around.

Very nice staff! Only complaints I have is the the stock is always in the middle of each isle... Can't ever just walk up and down without having to back up all the way to get out of there.....

Like it but it's so annoying that they always have the carts of overstock/product to be put up blocking the aisles--- it gets difficult to shop--- but staff is always friendly and very helpful, I shop here at least 5x a week

Good area friendly service just pray that your the only person in the store they only have 1 maybe 2 people working at a time and one is always missing or tending to a customer down an aisle so when your at the register if it's not only you there you got a good 15 minute wait not all on the cashiers alot of time it's the customer

Can never get through any of the aisles. Not once have I been in this location and it was clean. It seems extremely hazardous, esp when I have my 2 year old daughter with me.

Just ok....stock always is always in the aisles on carts blocking the aisles. Most sale items were out of stock on tuesday. Maybe the sale items were on the carts and not on the shelf. Still needs organization though there was some remodeling done.

Lately theres merchandise blocking the aisles.. Cant get thru. Parking lot full of deep pot holes. Approach slowly. Staff friendly. Poor management from higher ups.

Very cluttered. Terrible management. The gm is always outside smoking.I had an upper respiratory infection. The GM SPRAYED disinfect spray while I was in the store which sent me into an asthma attack.

What would you think if a person in front of you, cashing out, and watching the cashier cash this person out without a mask and says that I don't need a mask because I have my covid shot? I was NOT impressed at all.

Not sure what happened to this store but before they remodeled it was the goto store. The past 3 years or so the store has deteriorated to the point of no return.A disgrace for Angola.

For a place that calls itself "dollar" general there is nothing for a dollar. Dollar general is garbage. Dollar tree is where its at.EVERYTHING is 1 dollar.. Dishes, tools, toiletries, FOOD even frozen food like tv dinners, hot pockets, breakfast sandwiches, frozen veggies, bread, chips, 3liters of soda, all 1dollar at dollar tree. Dollar general is a rip off

Normal visit coolers were empty even though they say they were full 2 days before. Found it hard to believe you can sell 4 refrigerators of milk and juice in less than 2 days

So many cigarette butts and garbage outside. The service is great but its 2020, lets have a recycling bin outside and clean up the garbage.

No santitized carts. Could not find things I was looking for. A lot of stuff but things crambed .
