I have a very anxious pup and they took their time to make sure she wasn't terrified. That by itself deserves 5 stars. But they also gave her a great haircut and she smells great.I'm very happy with the experience.

I walk in with my dog and he's not friendly to others, but instead of handling it like a professional would the owner comes up to me with an attitude and yells bye. Pretty much kicked me out, no I'm sorry we can't help you or anything in that nature. I expect nothing less from a hole in the wall business in the middle of nowhere. Took me 45 minutes to get here and I was out in 30 seconds. What a unfriendly and unprofessional establishment. I'd rather take my dog to bath in a pond then come back to this prison cell sized "professional" groomer.

Took my cat in to get his claws clipped this morning, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The ladies are very nice and friendly, and I will definitely be coming back next time his claws need a trim.
