For all the negative aspects Walmart has, this one at least does not physically stop you when you try to leave. Otherwise it is cleaner than others I've visited, holiday stuff is still split between departments, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The coach that speaks Spanish Melenia I don’t know how to spell her name was very rude to not only her customers but to her coworkers. She did not help for a car seat that isn’t even in the right spot on the shelf she tried to blame customers on moving it but there is multiple car seats not in the right spot. I say she speaks Spanish bc she didn’t hesitate to insult us in Spanish to another coworker that was following her around.

Very rude management. I recently went in there looking for help in the toy area and couldn't find what I was looking for and I asked a manger who seems to be new to the company and another worker told me it was Alley after I asked another worker what her name was that was putting stuff away and was very rude and snotty and short tempered with me and would not help me. I asked her where the hot wheels were and she said you have a phone in your hand right?? I told her yes and she said well there is an app you can use so you can find things on your own from now on. I also overheard her literally screaming at one of the workers in front of people for some unknown reason and felt really bad how she treats the workers as well. I will not be going back there.

The customer service sucks. Went in today to buy a ring. Waited 20 minutes at the jewelry counter before anyone even came over. Pushed the need assistance thing twice and also went over and asked for an associate and still nothing. Finally a worker page someone and someone came over . Looked at one ring then decided to take our business to Kays

This location is keeping their entire store very clean and sanitary. Prices are as expected for most items. This store can become very busy and crowded. They do have plenty of parking.

Horrible,Completely horrible I have been dialing six Walmart stores to ask a question and nobody picks up the phone for over two hours. You might as well just disconnect your phones why have them if you can’t answer them

Great Walmart, Great people, open 24 Hrs. which always helps. The self checkout is open 24 hrs which is also a plus. They have a subway inside so you can get breakfast, lunch or dinner while /after doing your shopping. They have a Rubbi Coffee Kiosk in the vestibule on the market side so if you need a "pick me up" before or after your shopping trip your good. They always have a good selection of items on clearance (foods and non food items). It's a Walmart super center, so obviously they have everything you could need /want from your local supermarket/retail store.Update: "They now offer online Grocery" so if you don't feel like going inside to do your shopping or just don't have the time/energy you can now do all your shopping right from your computer/phone while at home or on your lunch break. Just choose a time thats convenient for you and they will have it all ready for you and will even bring it out to your car.I've heard 'Grocery delivery' is in the works for the near future, but not available in Amsterdam NY yet, but soon enough I'm sure

Great deals and prices. But....... Employees are often rude, sone stockers dont even speak english well, most of the cashiers talk to each other not in english which is extremely rude. There paper bags they sell for 5 cents rip before then even get put in the cart. Friendly cart people but lack common sense gathering a line of carts and blocking as many as 5 to 8 cars from leaving.Sure love the prices and the cleanness of the store but really.

This corporate monster is really having a battle with theft and staffing.bathrooms padlocked and forced to check yourself out with a associate hovering over your shoulder,when purchasing over $200 of Xmas decorations the associate approaches my wife and states you didn't ring up the 5th of 5 ¢99 tinsels well excuse us we're not trained on your point of sale unit,why don't you clock in an do you job, meanwhile as were policed on that some project rat just walked out with a 65 inch TV an 25 cans of baby formula

Huge, great prices on most groceries, but certain items are more (you need to watch what you buy. ) Subway inside as well as an ATM. Great place to find almost anything that you want or need. And prices are very good. Store is clean.

The manager i believe shes one atleast... she's so snippity and rude to your face. Speaking different languages infront of u knowing you don't understand what shes saying. Always made me feel like when u go from another language to english that people are talking about you or something that they dont want you to hear. Very rude overall. The entire store and employees are all the same as well

We've (my husband and I) have been here quite a bit since our seasonal camp is in galway. Most things are as usual however getting anyone in sporting goods is a nightmare. And when you do get someone they are snarky and rude and smart mouthed. But in general, it's a Walmart and it's not bad.

The pickup option is a great time saver! They do a wonderful job picking out the items and making substitutions when necessary, and pack them nicely in my car when I pick them up. I usually don't need to wait more than 5 minutes for them to come out with my groceries, and it's very convenient to be able to sign in from the app.

Amsterdam Walmart Auto Center..tonight 425 pm..waiting for the customer ahead of me.. All I wanted was my tires rotated.. as I pulled in the parking lot I notice there is not one car in the lot.. I'm thinking to myself they are probably closing.. I noticed as I walked to the customer service area that there wasn't one vehicle in the garage..a service technician sweeping the floor..I stand and wait 15 minutes because there was a person ahead of.. while still working with that person the guy behind the counter ask me what I needed.. I said I have a service contract for free tire rotation and would like to get my tires rotated..he walks out to the shop and comes back and said he would have to schedule me an appointment..now I know the customer in front of me is looking to have his tires balanced..I sure couldn't see a problem getting me in for a twenty minute job..at this point I just walked and picked the groceries I wanted at Price Chopper.Sad that their customer service is so bad.
