I've used sticker mule on occasions for printing things like magnets, stickers etcetera. They've always done a good job. The hidden gem in their empire is the Hot Sauce they sell. The Mule Sauce! It is absolutely off the chart delicious. It's the perfect blend of unique spiciness with actual flavor! I've tried tons of Hot sauces, The Mule, is still one of my favorites. It remains at the top of my list!

I am helping to organize a non-profit spiritual retreat for women. I ordered temporary tattoos in February and am thrilled with them and just recently ordered stickers that are similar but slightly different. The sticker mule team were able to use my other art to get me what I want. I'm not good at this stuff but they've been very patient and helpful. The event is not until the fall but I'm meeting with the committee in May and depending on what they want we will be ordering items for this event. Thanks sticker mule.

We ordered 2” die-cut stickers for our restaurant and the process could not have been any more simpler.We uploaded the image we wanted to use and had a proof ready within an hour. Once approved the stickers were printed exceptionally fast and shipped even faster.We were quoted a delivery time of Jan 1st yet we had our stickers 1.5 days after shipping; a full week and 3 days early.For how quickly these were printed, we are blown away by the quality. We have used major brands like VistaPrint in the past, but Sticker Mule has exceeded every expectation we had.Thanks for being such an epic company.

The email does not go to a bot which is amazing for completing projects on time because I can have direct communication with the support staff. What an excellent experience!Took a picture and used iPhone sticker tool created an image. I edited in Microsoft paint and uploaded my image In a matter of hours, I had a proof to review, and then a few days later they arrived.The quality is impeccable. Absolutely exhausting communicating with this company.They sent us the wrong sizes of vinyl stickers, and I sent three photos indicating this. I mean, way off - by more than 3 inches off. On top of this, the vinyl is poor quality, and hardly sticks.I asked for a return shipping label to return, and my money back as these weren’t the sizes I ordered, and the quality of the vinyl is bad and not as promised.Their response was to explain how to stick a sticker and to ask for more photos as “proof”, that three wasn’t enough, they needed a photo of every sticker that was incorrectly sized. I sent them a photo in great detail of every incorrect sticker (10 in total), and again asked for a refund.I am now 10+ emails deep into providing more photos and again asking for a refund. Sticker Mule refuses.Every email exchange with them includes emojis, which feels unprofessional and deeply sarcastic at this point.Given their lack of standing behind their product and their lack of offering a refund when it isn’t up to standard, I don’t recommend ordering from them.Having been a customer of Sticker Mule for years now, this is incredibly disappointing. Their customer service misses the mark, their promise of quality misses the mark, and their refusal to stand by their mistakes and offer a refund for poor quality misses the mark.Save your money and energy and choose literally any other company.

Sticker Mule is my go-to vendor anytime I need promotional stickers. The sticker quality and prices are great and I can't find another vendor that can beat them. Also, their customer service is great. I get the proofs quickly and whenever I've had an issue they've been able to take care of it in a timely manner. As an independent artist, to survive in this climate is incredibly difficult. The smallest of errors can have the largest of consequences. In placing an order to Sticker Mule, there was a misunderstanding. Waves of panic hit me when I received my prints. I emailed customer service. Honestly, I thought I was going to get some sort of general auto-bot reply with a 'There's nothing we can do' type of response. Not the case. Customer Service replied almost immediately. The response was one of immediate support. I truly felt like I had a Team of people ready and willing to resolve this issue as quickly and easily as possible. Not only was the issue resolved in a couple of emails but I will be able to meet my deadlines without a bump.I have never experienced anything like it !The Team at Sticker Mule's Customer Service is the Absolute Best there is ! Every company's customer support teams should view them as a case study into what customer service should be. The world would be a better place. Thank you Thank you Thank you. Cheers

Soooo over priced. Tried to cancel my order within an hour of ordering and they claimed my order had already printed. Asked for proof and they danced around. Found the same exact product for almost half the price. Company offered no remedy. Shop around.Edit: after insisting they offered a partial refund

All the way from Canada! Thanks StickerMule for making my Lizzo dreams come true ❤️ Fast shipping - arrived after a week of my design being approved. I love the approval process and that StickerMule took the extra step to ensure the design was clear. They suggested that my design was too blurry but I couldn't get a higher res photo. I ordered some transfer sticker from sticker mule. The stickers don't transfer (see photo). I reached out to their customer service, and a person name Jennifer just kept creating excuses to why their stickers were not transferring. She said that it needs 24hrs to transfer, but in their ad video it shows immediate transfer (false advertising?). When I asked for a return, they started creating more excuses. Such a poor customer service.
