This place was probably one of the cleanest Rite Aid I ever been in good job with the staff keeping this place organized and clean!

The regular store part of this Rite Aid is very good, as long as you don't get prescriptions here. Pharmacy employees are very difficult. We had missing prescriptions, we got other people's prescriptions, the workers behind the counter always act like it is hurting them to do their jobs, stuff like that, so we don't use the pharmacy here anymore. One guy behind the pharmacy counter was just the worst, he had no idea what he was doing, sounded stoned, lost scripts multiple times, even our doctor was fed up with him after he had to reenter an order 5 times when a family member was extremely sick & needed medication. Wouldn't let that pharmacy employee walk my dog, so we don't get scripts filled here anymore. However, the store part is really good - a large selection of all kinds of stuff, helpful & nice employees, clean store, a little expensive but there are always sales & coupons.

I stopped in to pick up my script the other day and the pharmacy was able to give me my COVID booster right on the spot, which makes my life a lot more convenient! This is something we can all use at this time. Thank Rite Aid!

Time sensitive morning medication is never refilled on time. Many times I've shown up to see what's going on and get the "our stock is out or we can half fill it for you or we were going to call you, but...". Infuriating because this pharmacy KNEW about this script weeks ago and could have been more prepared. I don't think it's a staff problem, it's more of a bad management problem. 🤔

Today was very different not everyday is bad , but the person who answered the phone was rude and fast to get off the phone. I wasn’t finished answering questions and she hung up. This is the second time I have called with questions and was rushed off phone. Now there is one lady who is very nice and is able to answer all questions in regards to medication

Amazing pharmacy and absolutely amazing management and staff! They take care of all my ridiculous needs even when I lost my sons antibiotic cream they made sure I had a replacement the next day no questions asked! I have never been so happy with a pharmacy in my life:)
