Great welcoming and friendly staff...truly love animals. No long waits to be seen...free puppy classes for new puppies to teach basic commands and answer training questions and socialization skills. The office and exam rooms are clean and odor free. Professional staff are very knowledgeable and take time to educate pet parents. Office staff use technology to send vaccine reminders and schedule appointments. I am very pleased with the services and staff!!🐶❤

I cannot say enough good things about Jen and her training techniques. As first time dog parents we brought our chocolate lab to the AKC S.T.A.R Puppy Program Basic Obedience class. Jen was absolutely amazing. I could message her on non-class days for her opinion on nutrition, allergic reactions or anything!! She has so much helpful information and really enjoys seeing you and your fur babies succeed!! We can't wait to get back for another class!!!

I got my dog last November from a shelter and no idea where to start with training. I was referred to Paws Up by a few different people and decided to give it a shot. I started with the puppy classes. Jen made training Oliver (my dog) so easy and enjoyable for the both of us! Oliver is so well behaved now and actually listens to me. I do plan on going back for more training so that I can continue to learn how to be the best dog mom. I will also continue to recommend Paws Up Certified Dog Training to everyone who owns a dog. ☺️

I have lover working with Jen. We first brought our pup Saphira when she was about 6 months old fir puppy class. She is now 2 and anytime I've had a question, Jen has always been there to help. Love this place if you are looking for a trainer that takes the time to workout specific areas of training this is the place. Trainer Jennifer is the best. She trains the impossible and does so in a caring way. She helps the parent understand why a dog behaves in certain ways and explains how to correct these behaviors. She is experienced and knowledgeable. Also they offer fun play dates at the center. Love this place anything you could possible need is here. Prices are very reasonable. A must check out place!! Paws Up has opened a pet supply store, and offers great treats and supplies for your lovable fur friends. They aren't new to the area, they have been trainers for quite some time, and now provide great pet supplies locally. A grand opening is planned for June, but they are open. Jen at PawsUp has taught me how to have a great relationship with my Pit bull. She has taught me how to train my Kynlee Grace to be a respected and respectful family member to our house along with a great animal in our community. My 6 yr old rescue Tracey recently completed The Beginners Course and passed with flying colors! She is not a very social animal but extremely friendly. I have to admit that I was very skeptical that she would be able to be trained after seeing how she behaved the first 2 classes, becoming distracted by the different surroundings and other students and their owners in the class. Katelyn kept reassuring me that Tracey would get better with continual reinforcement at home and by introducing her to different surroundings. So we persisted and to my surprise Tracey started to come around. Don't get me wrong, she is still a very curious girl but I now feel more in control when she is with me. I believe she will only get better from here. I want to thank Katelyn for showing me the way to making Tracey and I even closer and our relationship more fulfilling! THANK YOU PAWS UP!

I probably stop here weekly or biweekly to pick up some standard treats for my rabbits. The prices are great and the staff is wonderful and helpful. Jen always has. Ew little bunnies to check out too!
