Very poor constomer service. I am never usually the type to leave a review because of a bad experience, but it really ruined my mood for the rest of the night. I came in on the day I'm writing this and all I did was ask one employee, who was an older lady with blond hair, if you guys carry any nursing scrubs. She told me "no we don't carry those", and I quickly mentioned that I also couldn't find any at the target or Walmart. She very rudely cut me off and in a snarky voice just repeated that they don't carry them in this store and then gave a very fake and condescending smile. It's these kinds of customer experiences that make me never want to come back to a store.

I think this Kohl's might be closing for business. Half the store was empty, the jewelry counter - empty, handbags, very generic & plain, about a dozen to choose from, entire aisles (clothing, housewares, shoes, etc) were also empty. It's been a while since I've been in Kohl's, so maybe this is how it always is. There were no sales, so a small child's pair of hoop earrings was $60.00. Crazy expensive.

Kohls in Amsterdam is always nice. The staff is wonderfully friendly and the store itself is clean and stocked.

I always shopped Kohl's for my blush and watches.i had t been in the store for a while.went today and they don't have watch said they don't carry them anymore or the blush and perfume.that was most of my reasons shopping there.wont be long and they will close too

Seems to be a shell of its former self. They used to have a decent men's dress attire section. Jackets, slacks, ties, dress shirts, etc. and now it is nearly non-existent. 1 brand of dress shirt in limited sizes, 1 small rack of jackets and 2 racks of slacks which were really only 1 because it was the same product in both places. Barely any ties. No wallets, cufflinks, pocket squares or anything of the like. I get it is not a men's store but you used to be able to get decent quality items in a fair amount with variety and that is no longer the case.

Had to make a return for something bought online. I accidentally forgot my Kohl’s card at home and realized that in the car. The staff were sweet and quick at helping me return the item, and they looked up my card by my phone number.

It used to be a great place for shoes. But, I don't know if it is like a lot of things and it's hard for them to get. But, went in recently and their sneaker selection was very limited in sizes. Keeping their rating at 4 stars for now.

It may sound weird to need emergency cargo pants but I did. I also had no idea the store closed early at 8pm because of covid.I arrived at 7:56 and instead of being annoyed, the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. One gentleman asked what I needed and brought me directly to the section. He'd already asked me about size, fit, and color. He helped me quickly find exactly what I needed and didn't rush me at all. It was like having a personal shopper. He joked, was friendly and professional the entire time he lead me in the store. I didn't want to be disrespectful of their time, so once i found my shorts I went straight to the register. Again despite being technically closed , and wanting to go home, the entire staff greeted me with genuine smiles and didn't try to rush me out the door.I cannot tell you, how much I appreciated this amazing customer service, and kindness. I managed to make it to my car before 8:05.Both cargo shorts were on sale and I got a great deal too!.

Great black Friday pricing already! The checkout moves very quickly. Cashiers and the shopper counter are very friendly. The dressing rooms are all closed so know your size and keep your receipt so you can exchange for a better fit.
