Lots of parking .very clean .fresh produce. Not much change on prices ,but everyone does their share . Helpful staff.lines at check out move at a goo d pace but no rushing shelfs filled with plenty to choose from. Easy to get in and around store with cane or wheel chair

Great customer service and great selection of any groceries you need. The store is clean and sanitary. Hannaford loves local, and I do too. Their local farmers and producers make life better for so many communities and help preserve thousands of acres of farmland. Hannaford is committed to carrying local products made or grown in the states they do business in, and they’re bringing in more local products every year.

I shop here almost daily, and I am always satisfied. There are items that I need that they do not carry, but they have more than the basics and as much as competitor stores nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint is the bottle return machine does not take all NY returnable cans/bottles.

Clean looking place but when I got home the bread bag had a opening sliced into the bottom so I couldn't see it. Then my husband put supermarket sushi in the cart and it was open too. 2 bad open product experiences is too many for me.

In terms of a store everything was pretty nice, some staff were rude and dismissive. It looks like the managers never seem to do anything or are ever around because once you ask for one it takes ages for one to show up and most of the time I see them standing around doing nothing, but the final straw was on 7/26 when I went in and saw a drug deal happening right on the sales floor😡 AND IT WAS PEOPLE WHO WORKED THERE!! How am i supposed to shop knowing workers can just deal drugs and do whatever all day?? Never wanna come here again

We like going to Hannaford for their lunch meat, coffee creamers, specials on meat and other random things like from their Bakery. We have good luck with their My Rewards program, there are good coupons for money off and money offer money spent over $100 like $14 off sometimes. Not bad

Every time I shop here, these poor cashiers are checking customers out and bagging (I always help), while their “manager(s)” stands around and looks at everyone. A GOOD manager assists and supports his/her team not standing around looking like you have some type of authority. Long lines of people waiting just to buy their food. I stood in line for at least 20 min just to check out. If you consolidated a lane or two and had baggers, the lines would move much more efficiently. Today I said something to a “supervisor” and received: “oh sorry”. Support your workers!

The establishment is fine but it’s just frustrating that usually only one register is open for checkout besides do your own. Also no one is available to bag the groceries so usually have to do your own while employees are available to help.

Mini Moo’s , if you don’t use creamer and in your tea or coffee you have zero clue what I am asking you for . Well four people I asked one being a stocker filling shelves a cashier a bagger and the store manager non of them had any idea what I was asking for . I even said the little creamers that are non refrigerated and they are liquid , still zero clue . Sorry Amterdam Hannaford you guys dropped the ball today .

They always keep this place really clean. Relaxing atmosphere. Everything is easy to find.Only 3 stars instead of 5 because of the employees. Ive only shopped there at night. So I don't know how the employees are there during the morning and afternoon...but the employees who work up front in the service desk area at night are very unprofessional and unpleasant. And it's not like this only happened a couple or even a few times...it's happened EVERY SINGLE TIME I've shopped there. You approach the desk to ask a question, or need help at the self check out, checking out an item without a bar code...bananas for example. And the employees are ALWAYS unhappy. They act as if you just bothered or interrupted them. They say the least they need to say to you with an attitude. As if they hate their jobs and just can't wait to go home. Even a younger guy who was the manager(?) seemed to have the same attitude...maybe it spirals down from the top (?) If so, that's unfortunate. Not sure but very unprofessional. They display their misery on their faces. If you don't have any questions or scanning issues...if you can get out without having to "disturb" any employees who work at night at the service desk, it would be a perfect shopping experience.

This is our go-to store. They keep the place clean, and we never have left there feeling like it was a bad idea to shop there. I can't say that for all Hannaford supermarkets.

I had lost my ID and didn’t even know it. Reggie from the produce/seafood department went out of his way and reached out to me personally to let me know he found it and that he will have it around back of the produce department for when I come to pick it up. Thanks Reggie!

I haven’t been to too many other Hannaford stores but overall this one is okay. Produce is, in my opinion, the best in the area! And I’d say 90% of the time they have what I’m wanting to buy in stock. Price wise, they can be a little high in comparison to Walmart. But I would rather pay a little more than deal with the big W. Staff is always friendly and helpful too.

Great meat department. Best I've ever experienced, and I've lived in many states and shopped at many stores. Spiral steaks are excellent ... can't find them anywhere else. Love this store. And now they sell Truff Hot Sauce. Doesn't get any better than that.

The entire crew at this place are just fabulous. Talk about a team. From the butcher shop to the shopping cart wrangler, every exchange and interactions are always pleasant and fruitfull. I have been coming here since I moved here in 2006. I like the people and the products.

thier upgrade seems to be slow and disorganized. to much priority on lazy people who want groceries brought out to thier cars. no men's room... just a Porta potty outside the store. Guess they don't value male shoppers.

Very clean store inside and had very nice friendly staff. Went to the pharmacy to get a new prescription I've never taking before staff was very helpful telling me thing to look out for when taking it and other precautions I should take with it. Which was a big relief not being that familiar with that type of medication. Store was very organized and had some very good deal on many products I needed. Would recommend to all my family and friends.

Beautiful store with an entire section dedicated to allergen-free foods, including many refrigerated items. I was very impressed to see these features in a town that seems overly-traditional, if not opposed to these kinds of specialized items. The store is bright and clean and easy to navigate.

Well well well great customer service! Was very disgusted because they never sanitized any of the self check outs especially during this pandemic! It was my first time and only time there never again! I would rather go to Walmart who does sanitize after Every Customer before they let you go up to the self check out!!

I like the deli here. Fast, efficient, clean, friendly. Good variety of meats and cheeses. Store is not too big, but neither is it small. Everything you could need, plus a pharmacy fresh meat case, also packaged and a fresh seafood area

Clean store but very crowded, and I don't mean by customers. The aisles are very close together and they have displays blocking walkways making it difficult to navigate through the store. Despite having so many displays, the variety of choices is also limited.

Newly remodeled store. They have a booklet in the entryway to guide you to where things are. One thing I found annoying is an almost non existent customer service desk. It appears a single podium at the entrance is "customer service". I hope this is temporary.

Friendly service; a lot of products lower priced than most grocery stores. Still have to check other stores for weekly flyers sales. Some products hard to find; in store aislesigns could be better. When I can't find a product & the store is too busy to ask anyone I leave without the product.
