The Hagen's treat Roscoe like he is one of the family!! Roscoe has issues with the doggie door, they work with him so he can get to the outside part of the kennel.They take that extra minute to be sure the animals are comfortable!

I have been boarding my dogs with Norm since 2012. I worked with Jan and had a very serious car accident I was so worried about my dogs don't remember much except asking to see Jan well we managed to get them to Norm and it took weeks before I could get them and myself home. I am so grateful that they cared enough to take good care of them until I was able to go home. They truly care for the animals they board dogs really like going there. I hear so many horror stories about places that board but not this place they truly take good care they even gave medication to one of my dogs who needed it. When I leave them there I leave feeling secure that my dogs are cared for and safe. I recommend them highly only problem now is they are so good appointments have to be made in advance. Lol

We’ve been boarding our chocolate labs at Hagen’s for years. The dogs and our family are very happy with it. The owners are truly caring and conscientious. It’s ideal for any size dogs because each dog has their own roomy indoor and outdoor kennel. We’d very highly recommend Hagen’s!

Norm has been in business 36 years. First time ever their. They were fantastic with my black lab Sarge. Will go back in the future for sure.

I have been taking my Scottish terriers to Hagen's Hilltop Kennels for years. The place is...wonderful!! Norm and his wife keep the kennels spotless. My wife first learned of this kennel from a person who told her that many New York State Police board their dogs with Norm.When I travel I do NOT worry, at all, about my dog. I know that she will be well cared for and that the classical music will help calm Thalia down.I cannot say enough good things about this kennel.Mr. Pete------>aging hippie

My dog was not stressed out when I picked her up after two nights with Norm. She was her regular doggy self. The price was fair and the kennel looked good. Will visit again and I recommend this kennel!!

We’ve been using Hagen’s for the past couple of years in both summer and winter months for our dogs while on vacation and each experience has been completely satisfying. When we take our dog’s to Hagen’s we leave knowing that they are in great hands.

I have a Dogo argentino mastiff and he's not as friendly to strangers as he should be. I took Chico to hilltop kennels worried they wouldn't be able to handle him but sure enough 10 days later I picked up my buddy and he was happy and we'll taken care of. This facility is clean and the owners are very friendly and professional. I appreciate them taking Chico short notice if space is available. I take Chico to hilltop regularly whenever having a get together at the house. HE loves it there. Thanks for caring for my buddy.

First time using Hagen's, our 10 yo mini Dachshund did very well there. Clean & warm facility. Owners are very friendly and very reasonably priced! 👍🏼

I am a NUT about my dog. She is just precious to me. This is the only place I will let her board. She is happy there. I am happy and confident when I travel. These people are kind and attentive and after many years and two dogs, I consider them friends.

Pins are concrete with no where to lay down can get them to answer the phone even when you have an appointment there the heating the pins is 0 could tell very little difference between outside and inside and it was snowing 0/10 do not recommend
