Went today to buy a few things for a charity and walked into a huge mess. There was piles of boxes everywhere and it seemed like the store hadn’t been cleanedThere was only one cashier at the time which was nice however the store itself was in an unacceptable appearance.I literally had to go over folded boxes with my shopping cart.

The limited staff is overworked by management that clearly doesn't care. The store often looks like a tornado hit it and pretty much never has more than one cashier on at a time. Hire more people.

Looks like an earthquake scene with the isles blocked. I told an employee it was difficult to walk through and she said it’s the customers’ fault not putting anything away! Clear The Walkways as a priority! Also prices are higher than a dollar too… change the signs!

It's a Dollar tree what else can I say about my experience there besides all the carts full of boxes everywhere that's every Dollar tree I've ever been into from Texas to New York.

I’d rate this zero stars if I could. April is a horrible Customers Service Representative. She's rude and prejudice. My first experience with her, she told me her isle was closed, but took the "American" lady behind me. Another time, I was in my car in the parking lot early, waiting for the store to open. There was an elderly woman in her 80's waiting at the door. When April unlocked the doors, she didn't even open the door for the woman. When I was ready to pay I politely asked April which register was open & she rudely pointed to register 3, as if I was bothering her. I've been a customer service representative for 20 years. I know how people should be treated. April should be fired.

Very helpful, took their time with my order as I had 12 wine glasses we need to wrap, even though it was busy they made sure they were all packed up carefully. Thank you!

Big variety of items to choose from, but the store is a bit "crowded". They always seem to have carts of stock in the middle of some aisles whenever I go in. The staff seem friendly, and willing to help, if necessary.

A total mess and I needed ice, they have a sign in the window stating they have it. I go to check out and am told they probably won't have any in the foreseeable future because they have no one to stock it. They had to turn the ice man away when he came last time. 🙄

Was shopping with a friend found the hand sanitizer by check out handed one to my friend that was cashing out then gra bed one for myself ut the cashier said one per customer. We were 2 customers..

They have an assortment of items, much more than before. Now they carry dog collars,leashes, dog treats as well as 🐈 cats . Great improvements.

Staff is friendly. Freezer food hasn't been freezer burned or clumped up, so it is pretty high turnover (which is a good thing)
