Wow. What a joke. The sheer incompetence is matched only by the complete and total disregard for their customers time.Doc called in prescription at 12 noon. I was told to pick it up at “6 or 7pm” after confirming medication was in stock.I arrived at 5pm and waited on a 15 person line that took 30 minutes and got to counter at 5:30. I was told prescription not ready and they were “busy with no one working”, as if that were my fault.I did not get my prescription until after 6pm - waiting an hour in the store!!!A line 30 min long and needing 7 hours to put pills in a bottle SCREAMS of complete MISMANAGEMENT! Incredible! Hire another clerk!

Bad. Poor service; also, occasional lines. Worse, scrip declined (by me at pickup,) at counter, still billed by them to insurance, preventing filling scrip elsewhere -- until visits PLUS personal assistance of a different pharmacist helped fix. CVS was my previous go-to Rx, because national and many stores, and otherwise nice service like Scotia and even in Targets: Glenville, Colonie, etc., not so here. But if my local store is bad, what benefit to a network?
