Caliber of customer service , response to emails from Tanya , owner is excellant. Delivery is FAST! MUCH faster than other boutique stores. Many of the items are made to order by the designer. Tanya emails if any delay in shipping an item. BT carries all major designers. Will obtain items offered by competitors if not shown on website. email with a picture and description of item. Tanya will obtain it for you! Sale items ARE at true reduction prices. I have made this our primary shopping site for Yorkie boutique purchases. Recommend Bloomingtails and Tanya without reservation! Best Customer service of any Competitor. Best pricing & quality!

Do NOT order online from Bloomingtails. It took a month for them to ship my item and that was only after multiple unanswered calls and emails. Worse, they sent the wrong item. Customer service stinks. So disappointing.
