Pharmacy was extremely uncooperative in resolving an issue created on their end by not running insurance properly. Pharmacy was made aware of complex health history & urgency in receiving medication but refused to take action resulting in a dangerous delay. Extremely disappointed and will be taking further action.

I get a script refill every 90 days. Using the auto refill and text alert functions makes it so easy! I've never had to wait more then 15 minutes at the drive through, and the pharmacy staff is always pleasant and helpful.

I really hope that Walgreens corporate does something to help out this pharmacy. The lines are out of control both inside and in the drive through. It is always at least a half hour wait for the drive through, my longest wait was 90 minutes. It's not fair to the pharmacy staff nor to the patrons who get their medications at this pharmacy. Basically, as soon as my insurance allows me to switch pharmacies, I will be.

Only giving it 2 stars because the store itself isn’t bad for the things you would need there. But the pharmacy, like most others, is absolutely horrendous. First of all, you’d better hope you never need to call them… they WILL NOT answer the phones! I’ve called many times, and just sat on hold for 20, 30 minutes or more, only to have the phone finally ring as if it is going to be picked up, but then disconnects. They either need more help back there or need to learn how to multitask. Even while at the drive thru window, there’s been many times where I’m the only one there and am just ignored for quite a few minutes… watching the workers just pass by the window without even letting me know that they’ll be with me soon. No acknowledgement at all. And they need to get a better speaker system because when they finally do try to help you, you can’t hear a word they’re saying especially when the LIRR trains are going by right next to the store. So if you need to just shop there, it’s usually ok. But pharmacy-wise, you won’t be happy.Update 4 months after this post:SERIOUSLY THE WORST PHARMACY EVER!! 9 hours to fill one antibiotic prescription, 45 minutes on hold to inquire about the status of it, they pick up the phone and hang up on me! Go to the pharmacy and there’s about 6 people ahead of me, and there was 3 cars on line in the drive thru. Get more help or learn how to move faster. CVS here I come. Anything has to be better than this unacceptable nonsense.

There are only 2 handicap parking spots. These spots are not in front of the entry doors. One is far off on the left side of the building. The other one is on the right side. I've posted before the problem with the lack of handicap parking and nothing has changed.

The absolute worst service possible. Called to see if my prescription (5 pills) was ready. I agreed to pay cash because I was told insurance wouldn’t cover. I was totally out and needed the medication. I said fine I’ll pay cash. Then he tells me it’ll take 40 minutes to fill. I called at 3:02pm on Saturday. Went to pick up at 5::30 and after waiting 15 minutes, sitting at the drive up, they tell us they’re not ready it’ll be another 10 minutes!!!! The pharmacy closes at 6:00 and they’re pull cash drawers to close!!! We’re still waiting at the drive up!!! My son goes in and all of a sudden the prescription is right there filled and ready!!! What is wrong with these ignoramuses, don’t waist your time seriously!!!!

Today this pharmacy almost killed me. I needed a refill on my blood pressure medication and they refused to give it to me because I was one day early. This pharmacy is the worst I’ve been to, is barely managed and they DO NOT care about your health. Luckily CVS was able to give me an emergency days worth which saved me a ER visit.

2 stars is a gift. The pharmacy staff seem incredibly overwhelmed and at times they will do what is easiest for them (like telling customers something is covered by their insurance rather than looking for errors on their end). They have no separate staff member checking in customers for vacinnes so it takes a incredibly long time to pick up a prescription. If you try calling to speak to someone you are put on hold well over 15 minutes and then usually disconnected. The druve thru window is also a mess. I onlygo here as it is my preferred pharmacy.

If I could give no stars, I would. The pharmacy staff does not have the wherewithall to function as a public facing business. Waited an hour for a vaccine booster, WITH an appointment. The staff could not be any more apathetic and standoffish, responding rudely when inquiring about followups, insisting the pharmacist will do it on their own time. Abysmal

If I could give zero stars I would. Had an appointment and waited over an hour. Terrible service with no one waiting except my wife and I, I couldn’t image how long we would have waited if there was others waiting. The pharmacist Leena was very rude and said she said she will do it on “her time and when she’s ready”. Very unprofessional.

Definitely do not think they have a working phone there or workers just do not care to answer. They never pick up the phone no matter what time you call to speak to a person. Terrible for a pharmacy!

Lines are insane always. Last night I'm on line waiting for the cashier and customer to finish a lengthy convo while a massive line forms behind me. This kind of nonsense is typical of this location.Also had their bald somewhat mentally challenged stock boy physically stop me from leaving for no apparent reason and the manager had to step in to get him off me.WORST WALGREEENS EVER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. just go to the cvs nearby. It's a night and day difference. Staff at cvs is extremely welcoming and accommodating.

i go often went last night just after 7pm..they had an industrial cleaning crew cleaning..using big giant dust mops up and down aisles..kicked up much dust..not a good place to be for people with asthma, allergies,etc..go to walgreens when youre sick and u get sicker? hardly squares with their "wellness" campaign...couldnt they do that near closing time or after?dont know if there was a mgr anywhere..didnt see one..

Avoid using the pharmacy here you're better off going to the CVS right up the block. The staff aren't very attentive and there is always a long wait especially for the drive through.

I receive my perscriptions here. I have been a customer for many years👍🤠 But alot of their merchandise is a little high and I receive better sales in CVS and Wal-Mart.

Don’t get photos printed here. They were all smaller than what was sent over, half bodies , cut off at chin. I adjusted each photo before it was sent over and wasted $35.00 and a lot of time
