If it wasn’t for this pet store I wouldn’t have my furever friend Thor. I walked in there just to look at puppies and they had a blue French bulldog that stood out from all the other cute French bulldogs. The staff were very nice and I was able to hold Thor in the little booth as long as I wanted there was no rush and I fell in love with him. They have so many adorable puppies and are well taken care of. This was the first pet store I went into and didn’t smell like a pet store it was very clean and managed very well. Thank you luxury puppies for my baby.

Loved this place! I got my Toy Poodle Chico from here. I went in on a Sunday night at 5:30pm, and they stayed late while I debated with myself for an hour and a half if I wanted to get him or not. The owner was very patient with me as he knew this was a huge decision for me. There's so many great things about this place from the cleanliness, to the creative set up they have there, to the play area, to amazingly friendly staff. I played with 7 dogs that day, and had the biggest bond with Chico. So glad I came here. They are amazing, and are passionate about their dogs. I will always buy my future dogs from here.

I went into Luxury Puppies 2U to just browse for a potential puppy for my sister's college graduation gift, a present she has been longing for years. I initially went in just to look for the "perfect" puppy as I had been shopping around for the last couple of months. I knew my sister wanted a poodle designer mix and one there caught my eye. It was a cute black yorkiepoo and my children also fell in love with him. They played and enjoyed him at the shop. I wasn't expecting to buy this puppy right away, but I must say I was extremely impressed by the staff. I decided to go ahead with the purchase of the yorkiepoo. They were very courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable on every question or concern I had. Everything was clean and the dogs there are constantly being looked after. I was helped by Steve and he gave me all my finance options and was very professional and helpful. The staff even stayed after the store was closed to make sure we were all setup. I highly recommend Luxury puppies to any person looking to get that family pet to take home and love! We are extremely satisfied with their service and my sister's new puppy! Thank you guys!!!!

Best store of all of the puppy stores my dayghter and I went to in Nassau county. The two guys who were there were absolutely more knowledgeable and friendly than any other store we went to. We bought our puppy from them and she has turned out to be an amazing dog. She was obviously well taken care of at this facility and the way she behaves is a direct reflection of the two guys who helped us. I wish I had gone here first that day. Do not take the lack of fancy partitions for the dogs and matching shirts for the employees as an indication of the type of store you are in. These people care about the puppies they have and it shows.

We just bought our Yorkie puppy from Luxury Puppies and WOW!!! this place was amazing. its a smaller store but boy do they keep it clean. it looked absolutely stunning for a puppy store. They didn't have it packed with dogs they just had a small amount which i liked because you can really see they care for them and take the time to make sure they are clean and have food and water. They talked with us for hours ,gave us potty training tips and everything!

I bought 2 golden retrievers from them about 3 months ago and so far, so good. They're both very healthy, both according to their initial vet checkup (which was free, as included in LP2U's puppy buying package) and currently. The store is small but clean and seemingly well managed. The buying process was thorough, informative and fairly quick. Thanks for being a good puppy seller LP2U.

Just purchased my puppy yesterday. It took us two days to make a decision and Victoria was very patience through out the entire process. She was very sweet, knowledgeable and attentive. I highly recommend this store.

Walked into this store and it is by far the cleanest best kept and most well behaved puppies for sale! They are so clean, their staying quarters are baby cribs that are clean as well. The breed of the pups are fixed above the crib with their birthdays which make it an absolute pleasure to shop around. Let's talk about the service! They are the most honest people ever they are the most friendly staff and are very accommodating. They allow you to get to know your potential pet. I've been in a puppy store in Merrick and was treated less than to be desired. Needless to say I will never ever purchase anything from that store even if I was desperate. I love Luxuru puppies. They are the BEST!

Very friendly owner and staff. We brought home a beautiful puppy and he is still doing very well. Saw some negative reviews here, not sure what the deal is but we were given 30 days to return the puppy with any problems for store credits, and free vet visits.

I waited a year before posting but i had an outstanding experience. My puppy akita is 100% happy and healthy. They provided me with papers of the original breeder. They also offer puppy care plan.On the bad side they lied and said theyd guve me a litter number for akc registraction only to be given a runaround. Make sure your paperwork is legit before you leave.

This should be illegal.📣 Puppies are from puppy mills with deplorable conditions. Manager is unprofessional. Staff clearly do not care for animals and apparently can not see when they are ill. I visited once with a friend looking to buy a puppy and now everytime I pass it my heart breaks for those innocent puppies. Havent been in awhile but keep getting YouTube ads for this/LuxuryPuppues2u in Massapequa so I figured id write this review to warn others about this place. Hope no one gets tricked into paying $2,500+ for a dog that you get can from a respectable breeder at half the price , and that those poor babies can get rescued. 🙏Edit* Also in case anyone didn't realize any "good" reviews of this place are fake. Please don't be fooled

Honestly this place doesn't deserve a rating or review but I wanna let others know that this place only cares about one thing, what is that one thing? Money. I have severe depression, I also have anxiety and am bipolar, I went inside one day just to browse and came across a male standard poodle that I connected with as soon as I saw him. I felt happy, truly happy for the first time in about seven years, I felt confident in myself, I felt like it wasn't a burden to smile, I felt absolutely no stress. This was the perfect pup to train for a therapy dog for me. I asked the price 1400, my parents and I went back a day later saying we want him the price was 1500, we went back the next day and said we'll buy him but need the approval from the finance company, that was yesterday. I went in today and they said they sold the poodle for 1800, last night after we told them we'll buy him, it broke my heart, I am now fighting with myself to now brake down and cry. They care about nothing but money, they are conartists. But what's worse they turned around and said they will make me a DEAL for a DIFFERENT dog. That deal? $200 off a different dog. $200 DOES NOT HELP ME GET OVER THE EMOTIONAL PAIN OF THE FACT THAT YOU TURNED AROUND AND SOLD A DOG THAT I HAD A CONNECTION WITH!!If you want a dog go to a shelter because for each puppy sold, 10 more are put down because they don't have a home.

Sold me a pupWent to the vet the next day and was told my pup has distempered and will pass awayI received the “Un-fit for sale” letter and handed it in to the shop.The owner told me it takes 7-10 business days to receive my money and it’s been 15 daysI continued to follow up by calling the store in which the employees kept saying “I’ll let the manager know to give you a call”Long story shortI’m most likely going to have to take them to small claims court.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STOREIt is a dirty store

Very knowledgeable, friendly and caring groomer. There was a complication at the first salon and the owner for me in with the groomer in the other salon immediately. He was very considerate and made the horrible situation right. Ann Marie was at the Levittown location and eased my fears and welcomed my questions. Very pleased and will be taking all 3 of my pups there again.

Steve Santigo is the owner. He is negligent of the lives and health of these puppies. Do not let their small stores fool you. I purchased a Golden Retriever Puppy. 1.) He had PARVO before I purchased him (NOT KNOWING) and died - 7 days in the hospital, myself and family spent 17 grand. Steve will not take any responsibility. He claimed in order for me to even get a refund (which doesn’t even matter in regards to morals) he wanted to “see” the dog - He knew the dog was dead... through texts messages and phone conversations he is your typical perfect sales man and then when he does wrong leans on laws. My second issue with this place is they LIE - THE DOGS ARE FROM PUPPY MILLS. They will say full bred breeder but if you do research you will see it’s a puppy mill dog. I URGE YOU ALL - To never buy from Steve (Luxery Puppies 2U) - They’re scam artists and do not care. I purchased my puppy as an EMS dog. This has been nothing but pure emotional devastation. The News has been contacted and I will do my best to shut this disgusting place down. FYI PARVO is fatal. PARVO IS CONTAGIOUS. A lot of those puppies most likely have already contracted this horrible virus. I urge you all not to go into this place. I wish I could explain the horror and devastation. Himself and his company is inhumane. I expect him to respond to this review and say “I want to see an unfit for sale” which he knows is in the mail. He knew the day the dog was rushed to the hospital and he knew the day he died. He is a sick individual and corrupt. Please don’t fall into his trap like I innocently did. I have learned so much now. My fight for my puppies death is not over.

The selection is small, but the puppies are well taken care of. They're all bouncy and full of life. Just bought a doxy and pyrenees mix, and they're already the best of friends. Breeders information is made available upon purchase, and I was even given a lineage line for my doxy. I recommend taking a visit, you'll want to take them all home. 😅

I bought a puppy labrador 2 days back, the pup got extremely sick, had developed Parvo a very fatal disease. Had to be hospitalized immediately. it was 10 weeks old and I think there might be other dogs that are infected too. The health dept. was contacted. Dog needs to be vaccinated at the right age.

The dog I got from there is the worst experience I ever had in my life. I don't know what puppy mill this company used to purchase the dog I bought from there but this has been the worst 12 months of my life. I have contacted the owner continuously and I've been given the shaft. Whatever you do DO NOT BUY A DOG from this place.

My family and i bought our wheaten terrier from here and we are very happy that we did. We told Will that we were looking for a wheaten and he called us the second one came in. We fell in love with the pup instantly. Very happy with our experience.

The person on the phone was very rude, I ask for there hours and he cut me off and asked what puppy I’m looking for. I wasn’t sure so I asked him what he had available and he rudely directed me back to the website. And also my friend brought a puppy from here and it has been doing well since. I do not recommend this place at all if I could give 0 stars I would.

I just got my dog back and OMG. It looks like they used a lawn mower to cut his hair. Frankly, my dog is a beautiful standard poodle. You really have to go out of your way to make him look this ugly. WHAT THE HELL?? These people should be ashamed of themselves!
