Brought my Honda mower for a recall, was told 1 week, they jerked me around for a month, and said the only mechanic is out sick and to come back in the spring. I took my mower back home, what an inconvenience as i had to rake leaves for a month instead of using mower quickly.

I took my Champion Generator to them on 4/15/22, they told me they were busy with lawnmower repairs and it would take about 2weeks to repair, after 2 weeks, I called and they said it would be ready the following week, I called again and they said they had to order a part, not tells you me what part, I went there 3days later and was told it needed a new carburetor, because of the gas in the line, I was stuck at this point, finally after 6 weeks it was done. I only wanted a simple tune up, the generator always started without a problem, they changed me $345.55 for a simple tune up, they charged me $120.00 for an oil change and $198.00 to test it for 2hrs running, so they say, this company is extremely greedy and there web site states they close at 5:30pm, went there at 5:00 already closed, I strongly suggest everyone use another vendor. They should be ashamed of the way they treat the public, greed is a terrible thing!!!!!!

Went there twice to get help with a new weed wacker. The head was stuck on and I needed to pull the wire out. It was a fairly easy fix but I couldn't get the head off by myself. First time I was given advice but when I went home I still wasn't able to fix it. The second time they told me to leave it and they would get to it tomorrow. Told me I probably need to buy a new head since I can't get it off easily. I told him it's brand new and he said the company is crappy so I would need a new replacement. Wouldn't even attempt to help me. Everyone was too busy to actually give me 2 min and talk to me. Since I was standing there by myself I just walked out. Went to another repair place and they fixed it for me in 3 min and didn't even charge me. Like I said it was an easy fix but this place was "too busy" to help out.

Call this place at 4:15 pmAsked them what time they close “Answer 5:00 pm , then I told them great going to drop off my lawnmower now !Answer sorry doors are lock now “Lol !!! Why say you are open until 5:00 if you close earlier…Glad I checked if they are unreliable on the hours can only imagine how unreliable they are on their work…Well took my business somewhere else

I see that I am not the only one that had a negative experience with them. They act like there are doing you a favor . Yes and every problem seems to be a carburetor.

They did not pick up the item to be repaired on the day agreed to. They had it for an inordinate amount of time.
