I took a star away because they took away the freshly sliced deli... I want to see my cold cuts being bagged in front of me. I won't buy pre cutOtherwise I am happy with the rest of the store. Nice wide aisles, clean bathrooms. Helpful staff. Never too long a line. Pharmacy are super friendly

I don't understand why the deli won't cut fresh lunch meat. Sometimes the lunch meat sitting out is a couple days old. They won't even cut something that isn't already prepackaged. I recently asked for some roast beef and they refused to cut it. It doesn't sound like much of a deli if they won't cut fresh meats and cheeses. Even Jersey Mike's will cut lunch meat for you. I know it's hard to find workers, but there is more than enough people in this store to be able to handle providing this basic service that all grocery stores provide. Lazy, this is just a purely lazy solution that favors the store over it's customers. I mean, why should I pay the same price for pre cut, old food as I would for freshly cut food. It certainly speaks to how much this store appreciates the $300 a week my family of 6 spends there, or used to spend there. At least Price Chopper or Market 32, whatever you want to call it will cut lunch meat more us. They seem more than happy to put the small amount of effort it takes to keep a customer than this Hannaford.

This is a great neighborhood grocery store. All of the associates are very friendly and helpful. They have an awesome seafood and meat department. The produce is always top notch. And as far as hannafords goes, you really can not beat the prices or selection. One of the best grocery stores around.

Overall, the store is great to shop for your grocery needs. The staff is always helpful. The decision to go with pre-sliced deli meat was horrendous. All I hear is complaints when people are grabbing their packages of meat and cheese.

Pilot program for deli is a disaster. Tried to buy thin sliced black forest ham. Deli person told me she couldn't cut me ham, that I had to take it from the kiosk. Tried to tell me ham in the kiosk was thin enough. It wasn't. Wondering what am I to do if I want to buy something a little different, like liverwurst cut very thick.

You can no longer get deli meat cut to order. I have tried to use this system and both times disappointed. Once by the smelly, inedible roast beef. Once by the mislabeled cheese.

I understand that it's difficult getting employees to work the deli but I do not like the pre cut pre measured deli items. I hope this will not continue but if it does I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I am happy with the store in general but having a clynk account and I have dropped bags filled (to the line on the bag) but only getting credit for 15 bottles worth is not good service. I am not sure how to rectify the issue.

Hannaford is a great store. Always clean with a very helpful staff. I am 75 years old and all there help has meant a great value. I would not shop anywhere else. The only thing I would appreciate more help with shopping for me and having it delivered with their service, which I do not think the manager is allowing anymore as I do not have a car anymore and the shop and delivery was great..

A very high quality store, except the meat department is truly the Achilles heel - it holds the store back from any sort of greatness, because the meat department has such deficiencies - it’s quite frequent that we find NO high quality meat on the shelves - and when you ask the butchers, they sometimes say yeahhh it’s too late in the day to cut any more meat, we have to clean up later, so sorry, come back tomorrow - so I go back tomorrow and of course still NO beef tenderloin - so now, I’m done with Hannaford andGoing to A real Butcher - too busy to deal with incompetent and uncaring employees and managers

Due to a car accident I have had to change my way of shopping. I used your home delivery service for the first time and I have to say not as pleased as I was hoping. Ordered your brand ground turkey received shady brook ordered according to picture shown a 4 pack of centrr cut pork chops received a 2 pack of pork chops ordered drake apple pies received entenmanns ordered 4 honeycrisp apples 2 were soft with rot spots and ordered shredded lettuce it was brown not fresh. This is not how to gain good customer service.

Employees lock up early and won’t let you in after 10:50 even though they close at 11pm. All I wanted to do was drop off my Clynk bottle which literally takes 30 seconds

Good selection and the only store that's convenient for where I live (within 10 minutes driving time). It closes really early though and they shut one entrance at 9 or 10 which is rather annoying. Also after 9 they seem to only have a 14 item or fewer or self checkout so don't buy alot after 9 pm.I deducted an additional point because they now have no deli counter and you can only select what is presliced. I won’t be going to this location anymore unless I have to. That is ridiculous to get rid of your deli counter for a grocery store.

Busy but we got in and out quickly. Everything that we wanted was in stock and fresh. The store was clean but the aisles are a little tight one with a pole in the aisle rather than the shelving landing where the pole is making it so two shoppers can't pass in the aisle.

It's my first time grocery shopping at this location. I enjoy my shop and like the layout of the store. The store included some items I did not find at Market 32,the store I usually shop at. I also liked the prices as well. Their prices are Like Walmart's or Target. I will definitely shop there again.

A great place to do your grocery shopping but it's hit and miss as of late for products.It's getting harder to find certain things. Creamer has been an issue trying to find.Also there's been a bit of a price increase which is making alittle more difficult on the wallet.
