What's not to love. The selection of ice cream is amazing. Love the play equipment for the kids. Several locations to sit. All the metal art work. Decent size parking area. An awning for the picnic tables. Two entrances to the parking lot, one from one street on the left and the other from the street on the right. Love, Love taking puppy for ice cream there also. Not to mention the grill food on the weekends. Worth the drive any day of the week!! Bad day at work, I'll run home get the dog and we go for ice cream. It's the perfect little pick me up. The prices are good too! The sizes are decent. This is my favorite, Northern lights Sherbert cream (Sherbert flavors are blue raspberry, green apple and grape). No other place around has this flavor and I haven't seen it in stores but even if I did, it wouldn't make up for the experience. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. I hope the new owners don't change anything. I love this place.

I've been looking for a place that had good softserve, for a good price, with good portion sizes, and have come up short everywhere I went, until I came to this place. Their softserve is delicious, and the price-to-portion size is the best in the area! Very strongly recommend this ice cream shop, and the people working there are very fast, friendly, clean, and seem to be great people!

I have more than 10 years going to this local ice cream store. I love the service so as my family. Great place to bring your kids of all ages. They also offer BBQ food options besides the large selection of ice cream flavors and fixings.

Best ice cream place. Only complaint, too large. Wish it were closer to us, but probably good thing it isn't. Sent photo to granddaughter of a medium as she works in an ice cream place. A small is larger than their largest.

We are huge fans of both perrys and upstate farms. I believe they were selling upstate farms soft serve if we read the signage right? 11/10 would stop here on my way to Wellsville, NY again

Very nice place for ice cream, I personally didn't care for the barbecue however my husband loved it. The prices are a little high, but most of the time the ice cream is worth it.

Adorable ice cream place! Have visited a few times, I believe its family owned? Very very friendly folks here, with a small park on the property. Highly recommend! Great for families, but cash only, so make sure you hit up an atm beforehand

My spouse and I love this place! We RUN here every opportunity we get when we visit family here in town from Florida. All the flavors we have tried are outstanding! The staff are super friendly and always leave us with big smiles on our faces after savoring each bite.

Great service, friendly staff, many ice cream flavors but not too many, only the ones we could really want. The BBQ smells really good, so we are definitely going to go back for that! Only advice is a small ice cream cone is two huge scoops and could easily be shared between two people. I am a medium ice cream guy and if I ordered a medium ice cream cone, I doubt I could finish it...

Just had the bbq dinner, and was wonderful! Super delicious beans and garlic potatoes that went with it! After we finished eating we went back and had a whopper of a waffle cone with super great ice cream! A five star pet friendly place for sure.

Excellent Food! Everyday they serve ice cream, but on Weekends they have there own BBQ and it's delicious! They always have soft serve ice cream plus 36 kinds of hard ice cream! And don't forget the doggie ice cream too! Great for the whole family!

The Big Dipper serves up ice cream and other specialty foods. On any other day the Big Dipper would be a 5 star establishment. Today the ice cream was lacking the fresh taste one normally expects. The weather was post rain and the playground was slick. One child actually fell off it during our visit. The playground most likely should have been closed. Still my kids were happy and my wife and I were unsatisfied with our purchase. The ice cream joint still has the best value in our area.

Stopped in for some Ice cream and it was very good. I got soft ice cream. There are many selections. A small play area for the kids and some very unique art work to enjoy. Lots of seating. Very nice place and very enjoyable.
