What a delight to come here to get our gardening supplies! We enjoy seeing all the baby chickens for sale here and visiting dogs. What a unique and very county-like store that always seem to have things for everyone! Us city folks like the beef jerky and other treats, like the selection of old-fashioned candies. We even found a live fig plant and berries we have never heard of!

Outstanding customer service from the General Manager. I encountered a problem with a delivery order and the general manager fixed the issue almost effortlessly. It's nice to see a manager take pride in their work and take care of their clients! Thank You!

I don’t know if it was the general manager or what but there is an employee named Sydney who most definitely deserves a raise !! Beyond helpful.. I called about live birds after they stopped selling and she gave me information looked it up and omg I could go on and on!!! Sydney thank you so much!

Yes 5 stars .Who doesn't like TS? Something for everyone in there.Its like any store you shop at .Some items higher ..some items lower ..unless your talking a substantial amount from a different retailer just get it..It will all come out in the wash on other items here ..there ..everywhere.My point being not gonna bitch about the cow butt cream being $2.00 more and write about it ..Anyways ....brace yourselves..I BOUGHT A BELT . Tough to find a quality leather belt these days . Ask yourself ?. Would you want leather ???? Or ???? Pleather? . . That's all Folks..

I love this place. It's the one in Alden NY. They have a lot of inexpensive items there plus did you know you can bring your dog and cat or any other animals there. They have a ventinarian inside towards the back. The vet is very nice. He would love you to come out and see them therePlus they have the cutest baby chicks too.

I ordered online and had it ship to the store,. Paid for faster shipping. No one bothered to contact me when it got there. I finally got a reminder email from tractor supply saying don't forget to pick up your item, so it must have been there for a couple or few days already. Won't make that mistake again.

This is almost an unfair review. I love shopping here I don't know why I just do. So I cannot be impartial to review.Going to this place you know you're either getting pet supplies close or some sort of equipment/tools. It's rare I cannot find what I'm looking for when I go there.The people that work there always ask if they can help me. I have even had people suggest to go to another place if they do not have the product there. I love that honesty and that probably is the main reason why I go here.Honestly and willing to point people to other places when you don't have a product is quality and great salesmanship.

Not a fan. I know in today's day and age, a good customer oriented employee is hard to find but c'mon Tractor Supply... You can do better! Went there to get 2 trailer jacks but had a very difficult time dislodging them from the hanging display rack on the wall. They both were jammed in tight. While I was struggling, an employee walked right behind me. As soon as I noticed, I said "excuse me, can..." and they turned the corner and disappeared. I needed some more items but I decided to pick them up elsewhere. I know it's 2023 and self checkouts are everywhere but at a place like TS where you need animal feed and 3 point hitch equipment, Customer service should still be a priority.

Have been purchasing our dog food here for over 11yrs. Always treated with respect and kindness from everyone. There have been times when the store was out of dog food on the shelf. Store personnel were there to check in back if any available. If none there they would advise on next shipment.

They didn't have the dog food carried at several other Tractor Supplies in other states. Normal dog food like Purina. I had to start my dog on a whole new food.

DONE WITH THIS STORE. THEY CALL ME ABOUT AN ORDER I PLACED. I AMSWER AND CLICK, GUY IS GONE. 1 MIN LATER I GET AN EMAIL THAT MY ONLINE ORDER WAS CANCELLED.SO I CALLED THEM AND ASKED WHY THEY DIDNT CALL BACK SEEING THAT I WAS DISCONNECTED. SHE TELLS ME SOMETIMES THEIR PHONE SYSTEMS DONT WORK SO GREAT??? I SAID SO YOU CANCEL MY ORDER INSTEAD OF CALLING ME BACK?? SHE SAID I COULD COME IN AND BUY IT AGAIN. My husband and I went in Saturday for a generator for our new RV. Everyone was so kind, so nice, so helpful, not rushed, and even assisted us taking it up front and then out to our truck. We were so grateful because you never get service (or workers who go above and beyond) like that anymore! Such a good experience!

The pet wash is convenient when it’s working. I can understand the problems associated with hair clogging the drain and whatnot. What I can’t understand is why they don’t get a more motivated plumber to fix it.

The store is usually organized and clean. The staff is very friendly, and I love how Tractor Supply lets pets in the store. We often bring our dog in, and the staff always offers to give her treats, but they always ask if it’s ok first, which is great. The only downside is that they are occasionally out of stock of certain supplies that I have gone in the store for, and it can take weeks to refill the shelves if the product is out.

They usually have what you need. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are pretty good. We get their brand dog food which is rated 5 stars on the dog food review site. I always find the spare parts I need to get a repair or job done.

Great place too go for anything you want for your animalsThey also sell outside furniture. Pellets for the stoves. Little chicks stuff like dog,cat,birds. If you can't find it.just ask no problem getting trees flowers go and check it out

Best experience ever. Accidentally ordered the wrong crate for my dog I was rescuing. The woman was kind enough to pull the display off the shelf and give me an extra 10% off and adjusted the leash. Will shop there again!.

They have a lot of what you need from tools, clothing, parts, and feed. This is also where I got most of my chickens, ducks, and supplies to keep them happy.

I use to like this store, but lately the customer service is horrible!! Everyone use to be friendly and helpful. Now you can never find anyone in the store and if you do ask for help the staff makes you feel like your bothering them. I've also noticed that there seems to be a high turnover rate with the employees. Your best bet is to go shopping here first thing in the morning during the week, that's the only time I noticed friendly helpful employees.
