All the employees were so nice and quick to help. Everything was neatly organized and well stocked. I was super impressed with everything here. We got everything we wanted for for a cheap price too.

I do not go to Albion unless I have to. Instead every 2 weeks when I go shopping I drive 20 min instead of going there where it is only 5 min from my house. I went shopping yesterday and there was a few things they didn't have so went to albion. I was real irritated when I left. There was 2 workers standing by the self checkout talking to another employee and when I asked for help as an item wouldn't scan I got complete attitude. There is about 3 workers there that I absolutely love because they are very pleasant the rest always have an attitude.

Pretty decent Walmart, sometimes the self-checkout is a little crowded and you gotta wait but usually not too bad. They were out of our dog food the last time we went but that could just be bad timing. Overall pretty clean and well-stocked but nothing to write home about. 4 stars seems fair

This walmart is the only Walmart in Orleans county that I know a small Walmart but a good Walmart the workers are nice the food taste good only not very packed my son love's the place nice Walmart in Orleans

Found everything I need. But it would be nice if your door greeter would say " have a nice day" to everyone. I used to work there and I knew him. He saw me and just looked the other way. Very unprofessional. I thought door greeters were supposed to greet the customers as they come and leave the store.

I park in handicap spot near pharmacy end of the store so I don't have to walk thru the whole store to buy a paint brush. They DON'T unlock that door til 9 a.m NO signs about it. Signs say they open at 6. So I have to walk twice as far. I mentioned it and they could care less. At least post the proper hours !!!

Only go to Walmart when I absolutely have to. Employees are rude, never have what I want, and when they do have the item I want it's always on the top shelf. I hate Walmart! Worst store ever.

I ordered a custom cake for my daughter's birthday party. I know this is walmart and you get what you pay for, but what I ordered isn't even close to what I got. I didn't say anything in the store because my daughter was with me and I didn't want to ruin her special day because she doesn't care. She thinks it's cute. But when ordering a cake here please remember that cheaper isnt better. The piping is an absolute mess and the colors are completely wrong. The frosting isn't smoothe and even. Just very disappointed.

This was for the tire center......customer service as far as register goes was great! I'm not sure of the name but he was an older man and made sure this time I got my protection for tire repair. The previous time I didn't even have if offered to me! Also got a flat a few days later 😩😔 new guy is much much better!!!They barely everrrrr answer the phone at the counter though and I did see I almost feel as if they need a receptionist.I did watch the guy take care of customers in person however over the phone I didn't see them answer it, it just kept ringing non stop!!! The manager was on site by the way..... And it didn't even see him pick the phone up instead he was talking to another employee 🙄 No wonder when I called a million times I never got answered 🤔🤔🤷🏽‍♀️any ways. They did my service of 4 new tires pretty quickly though and I did have about 4 people waiting and even so I didn't wait too long.

Called ahead of time for 4 tires and TPMS replacement got there and only 1 guy was working and wasn't willing to take in another vehicle. As someone who has worked as the only tech on to turn away business would of gotten me a week suspension with my former employers.

Wal-Mart is pretty darn good when it comes to mobile-app orders and delivery or pickup at store. We're full-time RV'ers and this has been a good way to pickup staples while traveling. Keep up the good work Wal-Mart team.

I HATE using the self checkouts!! If I have to stand in line to have my items scanned by a cashier...that's what I will do. When Walmart and other stores give the customer a 10% discount for using self checkouts, then I will consider using them. No matter what they say, self check outs have eliminated MANY jobs and I won't support that!! Don't think so? Where are all of the cashiers who used to operate those cash registers?? Point made!

Awesome place, I love there restocked selection, but honestly the thieves of Walmarts nationwide are making it hard to enjoy shopping at this Walmart. Because God forbid you walk around to look at things without a cart and you feel the workers eyes on you constantly, stop judging a book by its cover just because I wear a tank top and have two half sleeve tattoos, I work landscaping design as my profession and also a US army veteran. I work hard for the money that I choose to spend here and it's just frustrating after working a long hard day out in the heat and coming to shop for a couple hrs and feeling like I'm constantly watched by Walmart workers when I can't help it that super I'm indecisive and take forever to decide what I want to buy especially when I'm tired after work lol, went five stars down to four stars I will change it when I can come there and shop and breathe. It's nice to window shop sometimes too but I feel that wouldn't be enjoyable anymore!!

What can I say about Walmart. I try to stay away from Walmart as much as possible first time into Walmart 2 years not a fan. That was the only place to get groceries.. The food was fresh and good quality.

Always busy as heck, they need to open more lanes. Easy check out lane had a line into produce. And only 2 regular lanes with lines going around the clothes area.

It's the typical wal-mart with a clothing area, gardening, home, electronics, sporting and food sections. Although I have noticed that they have started carrying some name brand clothing like Justice, Reebok and Levi jeans. It has been modernized with a bunch of self checkouts. Make sure you check to see if the belt works before you load your entire shopping trip onto it. Barley any cashiers. They do curbside pick from online orders. Front door delivery. They still have an area for bottle returns and a hair salon. Decent bathrooms both in the front and back of the store. Clothing drop off in parking lot.

One cashier working at the time..Alot of customers were waiting to be checked out.Truly sad.Way to much for one person to have to do..I was a cashier years ago.We had several cashiers working when needed.We had people who bagged groceries also.Poor management..No one wants to wait in line when more cashiers are needed.

Workers will just stare at you when you clearly need assistance .I have a small pickup order did pickup so I could be in and out I would've been better off just shopping myself . waited about 20 minutes to be helped. Do not use pickup unless you have time to just sit around and wait

Techs don't know what they're doing. Went their for an oil change, month later took it in to my dealership to have it checked out and they said the oil can lid was stripped. Can't get anything else done either at any of these Walmart (like tire rotation or fixed or anything) unless you buy their product. Well Walmart, this is one customer that is willing to drive an extra 50 miles if it means his vehicles going to be professionally looked at.
