No one was of help. I needed help looking for something and tried asking. Everyone including the pharmacist continued their conversations. Conversation about golf and a vacation is not important when customers need help!!! I also looked online and they actually did have what I need in stock. No one wanted to do their job and its truly sad.

So I'm going to be honest.I am getting to the end of my life and when you have the pharmacist putting her bad juju on my medicine it is rather ridiculous that the testimonies from me that I still say no to the ways of the world I still have to be inflicted by bad karma. Absolutely terrible service the lead male pharmacist is great 👍

My wife and I, for over 25 years, used to faithfully patronize the Rite Aid store in Albion, NY. We frequently purchased, (via private Rx insurance plan), over $1,000.00 per month at the pharmacy. We also liked the sale prices and extensive selection of other “drugstore” products. The managers, John U. and previously John P., were customer oriented and knew how to treat patrons. Today, I put the Albion Walgreens at the very bottom of my go-to list. Exorbitant prices and very limited selection. Anyone buying prescription medicines could save a lot of co-pay money by checking prices at the Albion Wal*Mart. In addition, the customer would not have to deal with the indifferent manager Holly and the adverse Richard.

Had issues with my Dr refusing to fill my epilepsy medication. Walgreens called my doctors office explained that I cannot go without this medication and got it filled in less than an hour absolutely recommend this Walgreens great staff that takes the time to explain side effects to look out for :) thank you Walgreens 😊 you literally just saved my life or at least saved me from another emergency room visit <3

I have used Rite Aide in Albion for the past 20 years . Walgreen's took over and it has been an absolute nightmare. Who ever the pharmacy has working in there now at certain times will with hold my scripts . They are controlled substances . I get them every 28 days and they will make me wait for thirty days . They say we have to do the math. I am 66 years old and a kindergarten student could do the math in their head. It's absolutely absurd. I'll never go back there again. Shame on you for your lack of integrity.meds . They will be due for me to get and they will refuse to give them to me for days after they are due . It has nothing to do with insurance.
