They have great deals. The food is always up to standard. The staff does uphold its name. Tops friendly markets.One thing they do not carry is coconut non dairy yogurt, bummer.Overall, the effort that goes into this place is remarkable. From cashiers to maintenance to stocking. Fantastic efforts. This location is one of the best communities to be a part of. Peace be with yous guys all.

This review is for Tops in Albion. Much larger store with more variety of items than our usual go-to Spencerport location. Produce and bakery offered a large variety of items. It's always nice to visit different locations and compare differences.

The deli worker was so slow and not approachable. I didn't even finish getting my stuff. I just said I'll go to medina... never again for ablion tops.

For the life of me, I don't know why this establishment would have so many poor reviews. The staff is awesome, from customer service to cashiers. I do wish they had more choices of craft beers, but probably the demand isn't high enough in a grocery store...I can always make my own. The people are the best part of this store!

I usually like to shop at Tops in Albion. Today not so much. I bought a few items and headed to check out but no cashiers!!! The self check out was full and backed up. But i see the manager chatting with a few employees and he looks over to the self checkout and starts heading this way. I'm thinking cool he will open a register. Wrong he went to the employee lounge. I don't like checking myself out nor do most people. So Tops if your going to act like Walmart I might as well shop there because I will save a few bucks. And I really don't like Walmart but if you can't even have a cashier on a Saturday afternoon what's next?

Always faster lines then most other places in Albion. Customer Services in my book is 5 stars. Reason for 4 stars is just gotta check their produce, that should be someone's job daily is checking what's fresh and what's not. Other than that great place to grocery shop

Nikki at the carryout cafe took my order for a sub over the phone. She was so friendly that it felt like we had known each other for years. She welcomed me when I came to pick up the tray and the subs were delicious with super fresh rolls and the meats piled high. I would highly recommend ordering their sub tray for any occasion.

I love this place. They let me park my semi there when I am in town. Therefore, I make sure to buy groceries for my mother and I when I'm up there.

Really clean store! Excellent selection! I have always been able to find basically anything I’m looking for, even obscure ingredients. So glad to have this store in Albion because it means not having to leave town or county to find certain things. Produce section is so fresh, too!

Always clean, always well-stocked, and always friendly. The weekly sales can give you some great deals, like the buy2get3free specials they often run. One thing that always sticks out about this place to me is the manager. I always see him around the store, out of the office and doing work to make sure everything is as good as it possibly can be, and I truly respect that level if dedication.

I would gladly give this shit show zero stars if I could, the fact you allowed one of your cashier's to call a gay man who was helping their friend a faggot in such a tone that would make anyone's blood curdle in disgust all because he asked for her help and on top of it the manager refusing to do anything because of her being in a union is beyond me. No one should get away with such repulsive behaviors, union or no union!

This store is the worst tops in my area! I've had numerous occasion's of going in this store, you would think I would learn my lesson by now. The 1st time to get a sub for dinner they told me there'd be a 20 minute wait! What? How is it that Wegmans can make subs right away but I have to wait 20 minutes for you to make a sub for me? The 2nd time I called to ordered a breakfast pizza. They told me 30 minutes. I got to the store 25 minutes later. The people behind the counter were chatting following each other around, talking, laughing. They finally noticed me I told them that I had ordered a pizza. "Oh that will be about 20 minutes they Said"! I said I called you told me 30 minutes it's been 25 and you haven't even started my pizza? And their excuse they gave me was that the dough was frozen! I told them to forget it just like I did the sub and walked out of the store. Called Crosby's I was able to get my breakfast pizza 15 minutes what's wrong with this picture? Now today I go in there bought over $80 worth of groceries, the cashier scanned my bonus card just like normal. When he got done with my order hes like, "oh I forgot the scan your coupons" after hes already totaled out and ended the transaction. Now he tells me I have to go to the service desk because of his error, why can't this be fixed at the register? So on the way up to the service desk that I didn't wanna go to, I notice that the bonus points never came off of my transaction! Shocking I know! As a proceeded to tell the girl at the service desk that it didn't look like my bonus points came off the total. She so rude!! She said well you have to scan your bonus card! Very rudely I might add! Like I'm supposed to know their procedures!! I said he did scan my bonus card! She said "well I didn't come off" She proceeded to be very rude and short with me. She did fact give me the money for my bonus card savings and for the coupons that didn't get scanned. The point is it should have never happened #one and #2 it should have been dealt with in a professional manner. These people need customer service skills! Did I mention I hate this store! I was just reading through some of the other reviews, finding some of the same complaints that I am making. What I also notice is there is no response from management or any of these complaints! So what's the point in doing a review if nobody is going to follow up on the issues of the store!? Your slogan tops never stops I'd like to revise that slogan .... tops never stops to help their customers.

Great produce, vast selection of products and a friendly staff. I enjoy being able to buy locally grown fruits and veggies there while in season. Best deals on soda in the area as well. Check cashing, Coinstar and lottery on location too.

The Meats and bakery are terrific. Deli selections too. They seem to run out of my critical household items by Friday and Saturday. But overall, the store is clean, organized, and well lit. Wheelchair accessible.

During the middle of pride month I was harassed by an employee for wearing a LBGT+ article of clothing while in the self check out.I didn’t know that being loving of ALL people and supporting my friends and family was a crime. I sure hope that this is not the morals and values the company promotes or condones. Racism, bigotry, or hate in any form has no place in any community! None the less in a company that is open to the public.

Many sale items rang up full price. Digital coupons would not come off at register. Told to go to service desk. Waited 15 minutes. When to the register to ask to talk to a manager was told they most likely not come up. Someone in front who had been taken care of but was given a hard time went to manage and manager was coming up. I left with out getting my digital coupons off as there were still 3 ppl in line ahead of me. This is totally unexceptionable! I will have to return to the store again tomorrow to get the bonus card saving that were advertised and get digital coupons! What a waste of time. I will think twice before shopping at this store again and will post on Facebook what a rip off if I do not get the sales price! 😤😤😤😡😡😡

I shop there more than Walmart. The store is clean, shelves are stocked and presentable. Staff is great. Also one of the best beer selections I've seen in long time. Great store to shop

The entry way smells horrible of sewage. I can't say the smell kept me focused on what's for supper. This is not the only location. There is something wrong with either the ventilation or the sewer lines filling up with sewage. This is a grocery store. There isn't enough water running to flush the lines. Maybe the fire dept can come in with high pressure hoses and flush the lines. Hope somebody reads and acts respectfully.

The cashier was rude. He put cans items in our freezer bag and frozen items in a regular reusable bags. He gave us attitude when we were correct his mistake but, they're was no one else in his line. I believe his name was Daniel.

Handicap accessible with electric scooter carts available inside. Cart wipes & sanitizer available at entrance. I especially like Tops' larger choices of freezer selections & excellent meat dept, but only shop sale items bcz Tops is very expensive. No Tops gas station at this location.

Typical grocery store...they do have some items/brands not found in other stores in this general area. They have a deli, fried chicken, pizza and couple of hot soups available. Employees are pleasant and friendly. They will special order items if needed.

We attended the zumbini class today. My granddaughter loved it! The instructor was awesome and the kids really responded well to her.
