After buying a gallon of paint and having it spill over in the back of my truck, because the lid was not secured, they did everything imaginable to clean both the floor mats, and the carpet. They gave me all the materials to take home for free to finish the job, and even gave me a new shirt because I used the one I was wearing to clean up some of the paint. These people went above and beyond. And I am very thankful

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had 3 things we needed and they knew where all 3 were and the best ones to use. There prices were equally to or slightly less than the big box stores. We will be back there again. It was really fun just to look around too.

Friendly staff and excellent service. Had a water pump switch go unexpectedly and suddenly- no running water. Busy with work, I placed an online order and picked it up that evening. It was all ready and paid for behind the counter- I just had to ask for it. Will continue to go here for excellent service and parts.

Great little place. Huge stock, everything has multiple options, very friendly staff. We travel 15 miles or so from camp to go there when we need anything, no problem, passing plenty of other places we could go to instead.

Well 1st time I called someone hung up even before saying hello. I went & purchased a 3 person swing missing 2 crucial pieces (canopy and rear brace bar). I tried to call & email the company because its their brand and get nowhere. Never again. Manager Peter helped me out and got a replacement swing in like 3 days. I would revisit due to great manager and quick response.

Stopped in for two items. The one worker "assisting us" was extremely rude. From the moment we walked in until we left, he was confrontational, unprofessional, and an all-around jerk who acted like helping us was an inconvenience to him. At one point I showed him some information (which he failed to find) and when I asked him a question on the product he said,, "well you tell me if you're the expert" and stormed off.One other person attempted to help us but was new/untrained and was unable to help us.Wasted half an hour of my life and still walked away empty handed. Would not recommend.

I googled places near me that had repair kits for necklaces the first that came up was Walmart the second was in fact this ace hardware. I accidentally broken a expensive necklace and was trying to fix it. They didn't have them in stock at Walmart so I went here. I walked in and politely asked the older man behind the paint counter if they had any. He rudely replied no we don't have that rolled his eyes and started typing like I was inconveniencing him with my business. I'll never return to that store. I was going through some stuff and he's lucky I didn't punch him dead in his face for his disrespect. Have a good day and go to Lowes at least they want you there and are respectful.

I love this place and everybody knows what they're doing in there! The prices are steep on a few items but I highly recommend it. I was having an electrical concern and I was very confused and nervous on what to do. So I went to Ace Hardware and it turns out an electrician works there and he helped me through my entire problem I didn't have to hire anyone to help me.
