I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Vision World. I am a long time customer and have always gotten wonderful service, but recently the staff helped me rectify a mistake from my eye doctor, which resulted in ordering incorrect prescription sun glasses. Although it was not their error, the staff went out of their way to help me get the correct prescription, re/ordered my glasses and made sure it all happened in time for me to take the trip of a lifetime . I anm incredibly grateful for their professionalism, kindness and tremendous customer service . Amazing!

Vision World is by far the place to go for glasses. The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and show they care about each and every client. Other places you can call and sit on hold for a half hour, that’s not the case here. Not only was my call answered quickly so were all my needs. The inventory is impeccable, the team was able to give my glasses the same day. I cannot say enough good things about this store. I highly recommend.

I am so grateful for this place! We have been coming here for years and it has always been the best experience. Not only do you have an incredibly caring and helpful staff but there’s doggies!!! You can’t beat that anywhere else! They are the most loving and playful dogs to be around. It makes the experience of going to an eye doctor ten times better. Highly recommend this place!

My family has been going to Vision World for years. The eye exams are very thorough where they find you the perfect prescription for glasses and contacts. The wonderful staff spend time helping you find the best glasses and sunglasses for your face. They are also extremely knowledgeable about eye insurance and helping you to get everything you are entitled to under your plan. Finally, you are now greeted by the sweet Fendi and Gucci who are happy to help, as well!

My wife and I went in this morning to order a pair of glasses for me. The staff was outstanding! Very friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant and easy experience, but the highlight for me was the owner's 2 labrador retrievers, Gucci and Fendi, who greeted us upon arrival! As an owner of labs myself, I felt right at home.

I rate retail experiences based on 3 criteria; product, service, and atmosphere. Vision World checks all 3 boxes. Nicole is Vision World’s manager and sets the tone for the staff to provide a personalized shopping experience. It is the “Cheers” of eyeglass stores, a place where everyone knows your name. You feel welcome as if you’re with friends you have known for years.I believe that buying the highest quality products ultimately saves money. However, I was buying glasses at a chain store thinking the quality was good. At Vision World I experienced the difference with quality lenses. I cannot wear chain store glasses anymore.

The gift of sight! I struggled for years not being able to read fine print with my contact lenses. I constantly had to reach for my reading glasses everywhere I went. I was worried about work because reading spreadsheets and sitting in front of the computer became a constant struggle. Then I just gave up and started to wear my prescription glasses full time.My life changed because of Vision World in Albertson. I met with Dr. Winograd who suggested Multifocal contact lenses. For decades, I went to a different Optical place closer to where I lived - big mistake! At my former place, I was never offered anything to help me with my struggles. The atmosphere at Vision World in Albertson is the most welcoming feeling you will ever experience. I was amazed to see how many people truly cared about me. When I was seated in front of a computer wearing my new Multifocal lenses, I was overwhelmed by joy (and relief!) how I could see clearly in contacts! Paul and the entire staff go above and beyond to see to it that you are happy, satisfied and most of all… that your needs are met! Everyone is so patient, friendly, caring and brilliant! Yes! Brilliant! Each and every employee presented a wealth of knowledge! The follow up after my initial visit was even more impressive! Trust me when I say… go to Vision World in Albertson and experience this magnificent interaction like I did.

This was the best experience of my life. My boyfriend’s screws came off his glasses and my brother and I needed our glasses tightened. The dr was very friendly and fixed all our glasses for free! On top of that there was two therapy dogs that made the experience out of this world. I 100% recommend this place to anyone.

The best customer service? Check!The best stylish frames? Check!The most fun place to shop for glasses? Check! - and why? Gucci and Fendi, the resident lovebug Labs, are all a part of this welcoming place. Every pair of my glasses have been bought here b/c of all of the above, and I would NEVER consider going anywhere else (even if there is a Vision World closer to me). Thank you to Paul and team for running an establishment I don't mind dropping $$ in.

There’s a sign on the door that says that they are the friendliest eyeglass place around and I would def agree. It’s not easy doing an eye Exam for the whole family (especially with a very active toddler) but we had such a great experience here. The whole staff is so helpful and welcoming. My toddler made two new best friends (thank you Gucci and Fendi for putting up with her!). The doctor was patient, professional and so helpful in trying to find contacts that were just the right fit for me. Glad we found this local gem!

Alot of shops have signs that don't advertise the truth, i.e , "best coffee in the world" , "best pizza in ny" ,etc. So when I walked in and saw the sign " FRIENDLIEST EYE CARE SHOP" I was skeptical but the sign held true. Extremely friendly and super helpful!
