The Pharmacy staff was too busy to acknowledge me for 10 plus minutes. I was the only customer in line. Then a prescription that was sent in hours earlier could not be filled. This will be my last time to ever use a Rite Aid Pharmacy. Then again with the general apathy I received, it will help them to deal with less activity, they can ignore customers less frequently. Unfortunately I couldn't give zero stars!

The one star is for the Pharmacist who has always been friendly, knowledgeable and shown genuine care. The staff of the store is the exact opposite: rude, slow, and extremely frustrating. I have waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru pharmacy, because the person at the window was unable to locate prescription after prescription while they were all ready and waiting for customers. I have stood at the register waiting for the clerk to walk over to the counter after seeing me, etc. Unacceptable visit after unacceptable visit. I'm going to be transferring my perscriptions and drive further to the Walgreens in Clarence. I highly recommend others do the same. It is a longer drive, but you leave much happier.

The worst experience. I had an appointment and first thing they were so rude, made me feel like I was not welcomed and that I just ruined their whole day. Than sent me to another person and continued to be rude. Made to wait 25 past my appointment without anyone saying anything to me and when I asked very kindly after everything on how long it was going to be a got a very rude response and told that I’ll be waiting 10 more minutesDefinitely will not be coming back to that pharmacy

Great phamacy and great phamisist but need more stock and lower prices! Good store for bargain off season! Great Manager. Associates too! Been going there 6 years now. Just would like to see more food in the fridges to grab and come home. All in all a wonderful pharmacy! GO BILLS!

We waited in line at the drive thru pharmacy for 15 minutes and the car in front of us didn’t look like they were being taken care of. I called them to see what the holdup was and the women said they were very busy and there was only three of them working. Really? There are three of you working and you make your drive through customers wait 15 minutes before taking care of them? We finally saw the car in front of us get their items and pay and then it was our turn which took less than five minutes. We will never go through the drive through pharmacy again. It was more of an inconvenience then a convenience.

Really bad. Since I started going here no one wants to give you the full information. It's how fast can rite aid employees get you off the phone and what is the least effort rite aid pharmacists have to do to complete the service needed.

Had appointment on 8/27 for Covid shot. Waited at counter, until someone finally noticed I was there.Filled out paperwork, waited again until someone noticed me. Finally took meRude staff, rude person giving vax.Would never have scripts sent here!David at the front counter was friendly and very nice!!

Pharmacy staff and Pharmacists are pleasant and very willing to answer any and all questions. The clerks are also as pleasant and helpful. They all greet you with a smile which is nice.

Makes you feel like your a burden and interrupting their day. As if public service/relations isn't part of their job. Sorry for being such an I convenience. I've just moved to the Akron pharmacy approx. 6 myths ago from Alden rite aid and I never felt this way from the Alden branch

This pharmacy is supposed to open at 9am on Sunday. I watched these employees stroll in at 9:03 with coffee and bagels and then take 5 more minutes to set up. I’ve been waiting this entire time. So disappointing. It’s 9:08 and they finally are waiting on the several customers that have been waiting.

Terrible, I had a severe drug interaction and both meds were filled there and the pharmacist never said anything about the possible interaction. So after possible kidney shut down , vomiting, dizziness and inability to stay awake I got to then serious withdrawals and missed time from work. Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Surprisingly I am not the first person I know that has had this happen to them when filling prescriptions from this location.

Hands down rudest most inefficient pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Miscount meds, hold meds. Lose scripts in multiple personal profiles they have for one person, don’t apologize after they mess up your meds time and time again. Go anywhere else.

The store is so clean and the workers are so inviting and friendly!! Always there to help! They were so nice and even let me bring in my puppy for some treats!! Would recommend rite aid in Akron to anyone! They will always have my service with their great prices!👍🏼👍🏼

For just the store, I would rate it much higher but the pharmacy is pretty bad. They don't follow through with contacting physicians offices and customers. This has happened multiple times. They also don't call to let you know if a prescription is not in stock.
