This shop paid me almost what my glock was worth brand new even though it was more than 25 years old. The owner was very nice both on the phone and in person. However, if you plan on selling a firearm back check ahead of time to make sure they have cash on hand if that is how you expect to be paid. I went in on a Tuesday, got $100 toward the purchase price and was told I would have to come back on Friday for the balance. I received a call on Thursday to pick up the balance owed but could not get to the store until Friday afternoon. I called on Friday morning to be sure the owner was there and ready for me to pick up the remainder of what I was owed. He said to stop in anytime and when I arrived he did not have the cash and had to write me a check. I was a little thrown off by this since HE CALLED ME the day before AND I had to make the special second trip out there (costing an additional $15 in gas alone) because funds were not originally available on my first visit. Like I said, I did receive a GREAT PRICE for my pistol...I just wish communication was a little better so as to avoid the second trip that felt like a waste of my time. The lack of funds on hand for a business that deals in both selling and buying of firearms was my only reason for the loss of a star.

Year after year my brother asks for a Nature’s Prize gift certificate because he’s always investing in more hunting gear and he loves going here for the great customer service + products. I love that we have a small hometown family owned business so close to us so we don’t have to support big box stores.

Brought in a bowtech destroyer 350 with a delaminated limb Dave said he could rebuild it so I dropped it off with limbs he ordered a custom picked winners choice string and took care of the rest ..When I picked it up it was shooting lasers beams like it was brand new perfectly tuned I couldn't have asked for any better of an outcome. This will be my go to archery spot from now on I recommend any serious archers in the surrounding area to do the same ,also exceptional customer service and pretty much anything an outdoorsman could need from guns ,archery to fishing and accessories and more ,thanks a ton.

The owner and staff did exactly what they said they would do(posted ammo when it came in and when I called they held some for me until I could get there from Kenmore). Drove a considerable distance to visit this store as I’d heard and read good things. Visited at 1:30 on a Friday afternoon, and was the ONLY customer in the place. The male employee (owner?) said “hi” and I replied likewise. The female employee (owner?) didn’t even look my way — busy on her cell phone or whatever.I found the firearms section and was prepared to order $3,000 worth of guns after speaking with someone. I waited . . . and Waited . . . and WAITED for either one to offer help or even look my way, and NOTHING! As I left after ten minutes or so, the female employee still didn’t look my way. The guy looked at me as I told him I’d be back (I definitely won’t) when “they weren’t so busy.” He didn’t say a word, offer an apology, or make ANY attempt toward the great customer service many of these reviews mention.Seems like a well stocked place that really doesn’t want to sell anything. Go figure.ZERO stars if I could.

Transfer fees are some of the highest in the state, in some cases by more than 50%.I had another review posted, but NP bullied the previous review by posting Protected Customer information. This is legally referred to as "Unauthorized PII Disclosures". They were contacted and asked to edit their review with the PII, leaving the remainder as everyone is entitled to their opinions.However, they refused to take it down before next week stating I should just consider taking my review down.Subsequently, I had to remove that two star review in full.I have never had a business take that approach with a constructive customer review. It's incredibly shocking given the nature of the business.This one star review reflects the overall experience.It is a solely objective based review and I hold no grudges.If they lowered their prices and handled PII more effectively, I would consider using them in the future.

Hard to give them anything higher or lower. Came in and gave a few brands I was looking for. Guy behind the counter was rude in his response and didn't make us feel too welcomed. Seemed like a nice little shop, and even had a good selection at a quick glance. Unfortunately not a great first impression. Seems like a good ol' boys club. First timers beware.

I purchased a new pistol and spent about 20 minutes with the gunsmith. He was a great help answering my questions and helping me to find the right gun. The gentleman working the counter helped me find the right scope for my rifle, which they mounted for me for a decent price. Much appreciated!

This is A GREAT outdoorsy store and bait shop (my main reason for patronising). Husband and wife owners are super cool and BOTH really really know their $h*t. It is an excellent resource for those in the country out east of Buffalo, and highly valued by me and my buddies in Akron.
