Store is a mess. This location rarely has any stock in store. Or stock is sitting on pallets in the middle of the aisle.I stopped by this location today, and they were closed at 2:30pmI just don't understand why all of the other Dollar Generals in the area, are nice, new, and fully stocked, and this location is the way it is.

Most definitely the worst dollar general of them all. Every time I come in this store it’s completely empty. There’s nothing. I walked out of the store with nothing because the store was so empty. Plus it’s a mess. Nothing is put together, there’s random things full of merchandise they never put away. It’s a disaster.

The most disgusting store I’ve ever been in. The manager spent more time on his phone. They have not mopped the floor in months. The store looks like a bomb went off for 24 hours a day.They need to replace the management

The workers are rude, the Lines are extremely long with only one cashier open, when there’s mangers an crew walking around the store. Managers are outside smoking an on there phones all the time, the one manger was outside playing football for over an hour when all parking spots were full. The store is extremely messy an can barely walk through the isle due to “overstock”. The outside side lot is always dirty with garbage laying around. The store owner or corporate do not care obviously what there store an management are because it’s the same thing Everytime I’m there.

Hard working staff there. They put up with alot from people but they are always there busy moving and stocking. Definite improvement over the months

Store manager or who ever opens building was very rude. We arrived and she was walking in with her 8 year old kid who she then sat inside with door locked screaming at the poor child to push carts and find the penny items. While cussing. Should not have a job pretty sure child labor is illegal

This store is a mess and often hard to even walk around with all the stock in the aisles blocking everything. They seem to close early, like before 5pm, or aren't even open at all some days.

For the love of god turn down the music. Are you a retail store or concert venue. Walked in 4/21/20 and it was ridiculously loud. Employees wandering around store. Aisles filled with stock needing to be put on the shelf. Set the cell phones down and get to work.

Once you know the layout, it makes things easier to find the next round. The gentleman who helped me checkout stepped in because he saw a line slowly forming. Very responsive! I couldn't have been in the store for 10 minutes with 9 minutes of that just looking at stuff.

Prices are good, but oftentimes the price on the shelf doesn't match with what rings up. Watch closely when checking out.Using the online coupons is a nightmare, if you are buying something because you are using the online coupons, watch what rings up very closely...about 40% of the time the coupon won't work.Using traditional coupons? Issues w that too, a lot of times they don't ring up and I've had the cashier argue with me... when I am buying what's specifically listed on the coupon. I am a consummate bargain hunter and love coupons, so these issues annoy me and the company needs to ensure prices and coupons need to be programmed correctly, and the kinks in the online coupon program need ironed out. I live in a small town where Dollar General is practically the only option to shop for household items.

Disgusting covid cesspool. No one wears a mask. Carts and stock all over the store so you can't reach product. Employees couldn't care less, but that probably comes down to the company. Go somewhere else if you value your health.

Customer service is friendly, if theyre not cashing people out they are actively cleaning up the store or stocking shelves. I love being able to go in and grab whatever I need quickly

It was closing time 955 the cashier told me to make my selection and followed me down 3 isles.it took me about 3 minutes to finish which was before 10pm.i shop at Dollar general all the time.i usually am satisfied but the associate was very ride and in a rush to get rid of customers.

You have to really check your receipt at Dollar General. Their company policy seems to be cheat the customer. I had a $5 dollar off on $25 dollar purchase coupon which i watched the cashier type in. When i got home i realized the $5 was not credited. This has happened several times in the past and I've come to think this is a bait and switch scheme.

Two stars because they usually have what I'm looking for. Two stars because their customer service is horrible. A lot of times they don't even talk to you, they just stare at you while you are checking out assuming you know what the price at the end is....

Had everything i needed only 3 stars place was flithy and only one person cashier with 8 people in a line as 2 other employees stood around should have opened another lane to get people in and out still faster then walmart on william and transit

I don't understand why the building and parking lot was designed to have a small single row of parking spots in front of the store, and the rest along the side and behind the store. Just a bad call by corporate.

Good store...issue is when they are busy they leave carts everywhere... Unsafe for customers in small isles to have to walk around carts full of boxes

The inventory is all over the place and you can't get to stuff or get a cart down aisles. The workers are not very friendly or helpful.
