When you're the only store around that sells toilet paper, it's not very considerate to turn someone around at the door 5 mins before closing. Nobody cares anymore. Sat. 5/11/24

Seemed a little dingy for a DG. Cashier seed was nice and friendly and directed me to the restroom, which was adequate. I was just passing through and needed to go. Didn't buy anything. That building has seen better days. It must've been a busy grocery store a long time ago.

Says they've remodeled . Yeah they can't keep employees so they can't keep it stocked well nor properly cleaned. Potholes so bad they have orange cones out all over. Someone going to damage their cars. Always waiting in line. Typically 10-15min line wait. Every. Time . No ac idk how those workers can stand working in this heat!!! Poor things.

Great store, large variety of items for a fair price. The staff is very niece and helpful. Can get any items you need in a hurry like milk eggs and baking items. Also cold medicines and household items. Can get variety of holiday decorations as well.

Store was recently remodeled looked good for a couple weeks, now back to messy and most of the coolers are broken, not much of what I need is usually in stock. I usually have to go to Walmart to get the things I need

they really need to do something about adult clothes took me longer to look they fall off or get tangled I fix them hang back up they need go around circle things wal Mart has I know you do not have room and bathrooms need be done years ago filthy I stop use them your store fall apart needs to be redone. I barely stop shop there only if I really need too

Normally I have to wait 15 to 20 minutes in line trying to pay for my items. The checkout line is so long it streches all the way up the shopping isle during peak times. I have even complained to corporate with little to no changes being made to improve customer service. It's not really the employee's fault because they aren't allowed to have the needed amount of employees working at those busy times. A skeleton crew is all that can be expected...shame on corporate for trying to minimize labor hours in expense of customer service!

I only have it 4 stars because the workers (most of them) are very helpful and polite. With that said the ads that put out r misleading . They advertise like u can get items together for a cheap price but when u get to register it rings up fill price for all. Ex: they advertised General Mill and Kelloggs cereals 3 for $6. But when u go to pay they are full price because they neglect to tell u it has to b all G.M. or all Kelloggs can't mix even though they r advertised together. That is something the workers can't control,. The workers at the dollar general r the only thing that got the store a 4 star

The manager is very disrespectful... I was having difficulties with my bank card and the store manager was waiting on me. My card declined because it tried debt instead of credit... she gave me a nasty attitude so I gave it back. We finally got it to work. I won't go back to that DG in Addison I'll go to Corning

There are 3 DG closest to me, Savona, Painted Post & Addison, Addison is the dirtiest one of the 3. They didn't even have the same items, I get from the other 2. I will stay far away from Addison Dollar General for now on.

Very dirty store. Stocking carts all over. Floor looks like it hasn't been mopped in a few years. Staff was friendly and polite.

Dollar General is great for a certain odds and ends. Especially if you use their app real quick before you go into get digital coupons

Usually has what I need. This store could use an upgrade. Looks the same as it did in the early 2000s when it was switched over from a Big M but all in all it serves its purpose.

Old and dark store has alitle bit lesser of a selection than the more modern dollar General but a good staff and easy parking

Our dollar general in Addison ny is filthy not big enough isles r always full of product not very enjoyable and 7 elevens milk is always cheaper

Super handy store to have nearby, wide variety of products and reasonable prices
