Very rude cashiers, I am done going there. I will drive to Watertown before going back to that over priced rude place. My advice is to train nicer cashiers before you lose all your business.

Store has pros and cons. In its favor are friendly staff, good selection and some things you can't find elsewhere. Always clean, nothing left out to trip on. Down side are the prices. Sale prices are equal and sometimes higher to every day prices at other store in town. If this was only store in town I'd be in financial trouble

I am not impressed with this grocery store other than it being the only grocery store it's employees are miserable and almost always make me feel like I'm bothering them when I have needed help. In my experience the cashier's have more knowledge of the store than management I spend at least half an hour anytime I've been to the store no matter what I go for it's never in and out. Management is rude to to both there coworkers and me and who ever is joining me. I think they should have better customer service skills being in a job like that

The employee's are always so friendly, the store is clean. Some deals are great and then unfortunately some prices are extremely high but it is a small town grocery store.

One of the worst grocery stores I have ever been in as far as service. Ordered from deli to avoid the wait..went to store..was told I had to wait 1/2 hour for deli person to return from break! Finally I found one person to get my order. Not a good place to shop! Employees didn't seem to want help..sad. Tops is not a friendly market at all. I will avoid Tops terrible market!

This grocery store is kind of average. I was unimpressed with the freshness of the produce. I bought 4 containers of blackberries and every one had at least 2 moldy berries. The same was true of other produce. The overall selection in the store is tolerable for its size. The selection of beers is pretty good.

Deli counter is a nightmare, employees quite slow and it would appear they don't like working there. Prices are quite high but they do have a few good cashiers and front end employees. They tend not to carry a few things I like and when an employee suggested filling out a request to get the items it just fell on deaf ears, no one contacted me or ever got in any of the items requested. If every other grocery store is closed then they would be ok but other than that just head to watertown, it's worth the drive.

I was disappointed after shopping and going through checkout. I worked in hospital microbiology lab for more than 43 years and I notice things that many people do not notice.The cashier seemed visibly upset when I asked her to please clean the counter before I placed my groceries on it. There had been a customer there ahead of me and there was water or something left from his groceries.I also suggested that there was no need for the saran wrap on the debit/credit card machine. It serves no purpose if it isn't cleaned or changed between customers.The cashier had an open wound on her right forearm. Her wound was uncovered.The hygiene endeavors at this store needs to be

The cashier was very nice. The manager or night supervisor, not sure what her title is was not helpful at all. I did not get the Turkey breast, I made a special as l trip to get.

This Tops is great, they always have a decent selection of good local produce and good sales Although the store isn't very big and you typically can't get speciality items there, they've got all your basics!

Personally? I think Tops is overpriced and their produce goes bad faster than when purchased at any other store. Their bulk food section is a good idea in theory- but doesn't sell fast enough to keep it fresh. Gummy Bears are NOT supposed to be hard as a rock. Tops milk goes sour before the sell by date. The prices at the Pulaski location on most things are ridiculously high as the only local competition is Aldi's. I only shop here when overpaying for their groceries is cheaper than making a trip somewhere else.

Go to Aldis. If you cant then your beat.This place is overpriced groceries and the produce is not as fresh as it should be. They do make a decent hoagie though thats why i gave them 2 stars not one.

I shop at Tops for everything...some of the prices are higher but their sales & buy 1 get 1 make up for it. My only problem is that they never have enough cashiers. I work 9 hours a day and when I stop on my way home the last thing I want to do is is wait in line for 20 minutes.

Wish they would figure out how to stock sub rolls for the deli department or better yet close at the time they say they will not 20 minutes before can't wait for the new store in Adam's center to open I know where my business is going!

It's frustrating when the store is out of a sale item on the. Day the sale starts, also, this store has the gas points but you have to drive over 30 minutes out of my way to use them. So not fair.

Local store vibe. Great selection of local foods and beverages. I didnt give a 5 star due to lack of attentiveness from staff when I had a question. However, it was an overall good experience.

I don't know how Tops is still in business I bought pork chops in the 5 for $19.99 deal on Sunday and cooked them on Monday. If they hadn't been cooked they would have spoiled.

I enjoy going to tops knowing it's so close to home and it's a convenient however it's very pricy then most of the other grocery stores. I wish the prices would be more reasonable.
