Unexpectedly charming coffee shop right off of 1-25. I love the atmosphere. I could sit there all day enjoying the vibe!May I suggest that your billboard advertising mentions that it’s super close to the exit? I passed by the exit all the time but it looks like there’s nothing nearby so I didn’t stop in for quite a while. When I realized it’s a super quick on-off the highway, I go there all the time now!

This is my new favorite coffee shop. What a beautiful house and a beautiful location. I frequently drive though New Mexico and the Southwest and much of it is desolate. What a welcome stop on a long drive. The pastries and coffee are good, and so is the service, and the space is just so comfortable and peaceful. I’ll be stopping every time I’m out this way.

What an absolutely lovely gem of a coffee shop right off of I-25! I had their decaf espresso and it was quite possibly the best decaf I’ve ever had. The staff was super sweet and accommodating, wifi was quick, and the bathroom was spotless and modern.

stopped to see what this was like finally, after many drives by on the 25 back and forth to Colorado. Nice Cortado. very yummy blueberry scone. very cute, quaint Cafe inside and a table or two outside under the shade of a beautiful huge Cottonwood tree! clean bathroom too. will stop again!

On the road to Denver to pickup a new motorcycle, we found ourselves grinding north on our I-25, wishing for a cup of Joe.When you see the non descript billboard, plan on making a simple detour to visit this Coffee House. We had a coffee, a latte, and a couple of delicious breakfast burritos. Service was top notch, Waterous Coffee House is Slippery Pete Approved!

Great stop for fresh coffee. Big billboard on Interstate for a fresh local coffee shop serving bites as well. Nice to find good gofast mud on the road. In and out in no time it quaint place to linger and stretch the legs!

Really enjoyed our stop. We had a white, chocolate mocha, 2 breakfast burritos, and a cinnamon roll all for $15.02. Very cute atmosphere, nice people, good food!! Will stop every time we pass by!!

Great Chai Latte's and would be a great place to stop and recharge for a bit if on a Road trip, unfortunately we were just dropping in to try it out on our way back to Denver.A bit pricey, so be prepared to pay City prices.

This is such a pretty, charming coffee house! It is a relief to get off of I-25 and stop for coffee, tea and a pastry or burrito. The quality of the drinks and food revivals other big coffee chains. But the service, beautiful building and clean restroom leave those chains behind! I can’t wait to stop there again.

Three stars for the outside! Looks really cute but they close so early! We came down this way to check out Fort Union and were hoping to get a coffee, but they were already closed when we got there at 3:30pm. :(

What a wonderful surprise! I had an excellent double espresso, served up by a lovely, friendly young woman. This little coffee house is bright and cheerful, with beautiful art on the walls. We were traveling through, but I would have loved to stay awhile and read a book with my coffee. We will definitely stop in again.
