Nice busy store a little messy, endcaps empty and lots of product missing off the shelves. Very nice attendants though Chris was awesome, hard working that's for sure. Appreciated his pleasant attitude for as busy as that store was.

Really nice Dollar General store at Tulorosa. Very diligent in enforcing policy of wearing face masks, which is reassuring. Enjoy shopping here since located just up the highway. Friendly sales folks.

Went to this location tonight at 6:25. The two employees working were fighting with each other about where there going to spend money. I brought up got dogs that are on sale for 1 dollar. T I told the cashier that. She got mad said no they are not. I went back to the place I found the hot dogs and showed her the sticker that said 1 dollar. She got mad. Grabbed her key to change the price. She threw my receipt away. Didn't even ask me if I wanted it. Totally unexpected. I got other things also. Where do they find people like this? Won't be going back. Family dollar here I come. Save yourself from drama and don't go there. I'm contacting the manager tomorrow morning.

Clerk was super busy trying to run the register, stock shelves, pull items from the back. I felt bad for him and was shocked at how cluttered and narrow the store is. Can barely move and the products are not always where I expected them to be. The clerk was very honest and friendly. I would have tipped him if it were allowed.

It's so dirty. Empty shelves looks like they're going out of business but they're not. They have the boxes of new stuff on the shelves they just need to take the stuff out and restock the shelves. The lady working there was really nice though.

I visited this location because I was pleasantly surprised with the locations in Alamogordo. I drove to this location specifically for the clearance event. I spent about 15 minutes going through the racks outside of the store with the signs saying "clearance, extra 50%off". However after taking them inside I was told they weren't on sale. I asked why they would mislead customers by putting regular price merch on the rack (about 85% of it was regular price, apparently). They responded there wasn't room inside of the store and spoke to me very rudely. The customer service at this location is definitely not up to par with even other Dollar general, let alone a normal retailer. Avoid this location if possible!

Haven't been in many Dollar Generals but found them to have more food than Family Dollar. I live outside a small town in New Mexico and the town has lost its grocery store. We have a Family Dollar, but now that I've been in a Dollar General, I can say I prefer the Dollar General. They carry a lot of things exactly like Walmart and there prices are reasonable. I am 45 miles from 2 super Walmarts, but I enjoy the Dollar General more. Less walking and good quality of products.

The manager Don, took care of us and had a great professiol personality with a sense of humor.zz I bought some pants that didn't fit me well enough so I went and replace them with the receipt and they made it smooth and easy and to do so. Great place to shop

Good if you need to run in for something simple and quick. They're always pretty messy though and only have really common stuff nothing special!

I love the Dollar General, mainly because they have everything I need (none groceries) and are at a reasonable price, along with them having a $1 clearance section!

Our local dollar general store is convenient, but they must be short handed, the store is not as tidy as it once was....Customer Service is Great tho!!

This lady that works there screamed at me because I was in the store when it closed! Then, she said the register is closed and wouldn't ring my items! In times like these, with a pandemic, she isn't anyone I would look to for help! She should be reprimanded!
