I recently visited this Tractor Supply and I must say everyone has been very courteous however there was one staff named Gabriel? (maybe I spelled his name wrong), he's super helpful when my husband was trying to look for dog food that he specifically wanted for his dogs. Right after that, my husband needs an adaptor and without hesitation my husband look for him/Gabriel and Gabriel immediately came and helped. Gabriel is super friendly as my husband like to talk about his dogs to people, Gabriel patiently listened to him, wow, Gabriel has definitely shown that he has exceeded customer expectation. Tractor Supply must be proud to have staff like and I would like to highly recommend him.

Its had to beat a pair of pants with a 1 year warranty. The canvas pants from TSC are not only a solid made product but typicality are true to fit.And during Rawhide Days it has a great view.

Dog food. Chicken feed. Lots of choices. They really do have stuff for tractors. Nicest staff. Tools galore. Be sure to check out the safes.

Super friendly staff with a great variety of products for my pets. A few things are way more pricey than you could find them for at other places, but the dog food and vaccinations are great prices and theres a wide variety of dog and cat food.

We came long before the store closed for the day to buy hay for our horses. We were told that they could not sell us hay after dark because someone had been hurt loading hay after dark (it was still light outside and the area where the hay was stored was VERY well lighted). It made no sense. Now our horses will go hungry because we could not get hay. We planned ahead and made sure to arrive at the store well before closing. We are traveling and cannot come back in the morning when the store reopens.

Today, I was in line waiting to cash out with my elderly father and there was a gentleman with his daughter in front of me paying without a masks. Also, the cashier Angel was not wearing his mask properly. During that time three other individuals entered the store not wearing masks. I addressed my concerns with Angel and he was rude and disregarded my concerns.He was unprofessional and refused to wear his mask properly. I demanded for the store manager and requested information for the district manager. The store was not requiring masks nor questioning customers if there were medical conditions. The manager stated they were out of masks. Eric Brandl (district manager) stated that it was not good that there were not any masks and there should of been an employee enforcing masks. The employees at this store do not have their customers health in their best interest. Also, the employees Angel and Sam were telling other customers that were not wearing masks that I was causing problems while I was waiting for the manager. Their unprofessionalism could have caused someone to become physically hurt in the store. This is not a safe store in Tucumcari to shop.

Online stock was incorrect, sales associate Josiah was not helpful and suggested we go to Alaska to buy the product. Walter the manager was also of no help. I hope TSC can provide more training and better management to address these issues. Won’t be back.

Great store I don't think people realize that they also sell clothing and jewelry really beautiful stuff made by Montana jewelry and not that expensive but beautiful stuff plus many other equipment.

They don't carry anything the city want one type of fence chain link and they don't carry it I asked about some gloves they didn't carry that either i asked for a hand rail they didn't carry that either asked for for metal pipes to make a hand rail they didn't have that either I asked for at leasted 8 items and not one item did they carry thats ridiculous Ace hardware only carried the metal pipes as well for them they don't carry anything the city better change the kind of fence they want cause there no were in Tucumcarri your gonna find it. The associate were friendly except for one of the girls it was like you were taking her away from what she was doing so she was a b!+@# but you treat me like that I'm even a bigger b!+@# and ruder back.

Firstly I'm NEVER. Going back to the one in tucumcari a guy named angel was EXTREMELY rude I've never experienced this type of profanity in my life I came in a few days ago and that will fit sure be my last visit and I AM NOT the only one who experienced rude behavior from the man

They where awesome we had a blow out on are trailer coming from Cali to mo. We got there 5 min to closing they stayed open and helped us and we go back on the road you rocked are world great guys
