Incredibly helpful staff. They want to know if they can help you with anything, whether or not they just heard you tell the last guy "no thanks, I'm good." They want to help you find what you're looking for, whether or not you're obviously on the phone, and that same guy literally just asked if you needed help finding anything. Seriously though, best in town. But I don't need any help!

This is where I go to get keys made. Sometimes the new key doesn't work and I have to go back to get the key touched up or to get a whole new key made. That's annoying.The people who work the register are always friendly.Prices are high, but they do carry items that you can't find anywhere else in town.

This is a very good hardware store. Very well stocked & clean not cluttered. They work with their customers. I couldn't return an item I had purchased until after the 2week limit. Had anunexpected trip up north... The owner let me return it with a full refund. I highly recommend them.

Without question this is the cleanest and most professional hardware store I've ever visited anywhere.At any given time I counted three separate employees working the shelves and being available to answer any questions you might have.Plenty of parking, friendly staff, well stocked store.. what else could you ask for?

Nice store. Clean, professional knowledgeable, employees, yes it costs a little more than Walmart but you get good service and it doesn't take all day and a half mile of walking just to stand in line and God forbid you need a price check!!

Ladies dont have very good customer service. No smiles. Rude as can be. Makes me not wanting to shop there. The girl that helped me was very helpful she is on the floor. She ask a guy for her help in helping me but he was no help. Poor customee service.

Extremely overpriced, and their return policy is unsatisfactory (10 days only with receipt. You don't have your receipt, they will not allow you to return.)I have completed numerous projects. No matter how diligently I plan, I always have items I didn't need or were the wrong model, etc...Staff is either happy to help, but extremely inexperienced or rude and dismissive.I shop elsewhere now.

All depends on what you're shopping for in this store. I recommend calling them first to save a trip in case they don't have what you want! Be wary of buying custom mixed paints here though. They whacked out on the second cans twice on me. And had the exact recipe in hand to follow!

Well the Lakeside True Value Hardware was a decent place and these people actually treated me with respect and I even Bartered with the price because I thought the price of certain items were too high and they allowed me to pay a lower price this is not what usually happens in business but these people at Lakeside True Value Hardware treated me right and I definitely would recommend them to everyone so definitely if you we're in the area and needed some screws bolts nuts pipe paint etc etc etc then you could definitely find what you need at the lakeside True Value Hardware

This place has very helpful employees all you have to do is ask!! If they don't know they'll ask the other employee who might know. 💪 Bad thing is that closed on Sundays when you're supposed to do repairs on your house????

I called and the employee by the name of Sam was rude, I asked about getting a price on a water heater, he told me they don't open till 8 in a rude manner when I looked up the number to call says they open at 730am, I called 745am, I was just asking for a price, so I will just shop at foxworth and give them my business thank you sun valley for being a jerk.
