One of the staff at Circle K in T&C tried to defraud my credit card on 31 May at 10.00. This simple crime, although unsuccessful, meant that my US - over 3 weeks - became unnecessarily complicated and time-wasting.

The manager of this place constantly closes the store after twelve so she doesn't have to work she can just sit around and get paid for it. Keep in mind it's supposed to be open 24 hrs. I think it's time for new management

Stopped in tonight and employee CODY took almost a full minute to greet me besides the fact that I was standing at the foot of the register. I told him to take his time as he was doing paper work, and as I was looking at the products behind the counter, he ran over, and closed the counter door that was left open on my foot and said I was over "the line" and I needed to move.My foot was less than 3 inches, over an invisible line, and this employee who NEVER greeted me me to begin with practically slammed my foot in the door. I told the guy "come on, don't treat me like a child." and instead of apologizing, instead of stating the store policy, he put his head down and told me to leave and kept doing paper work.After asking for his name he refused to give it to me. He was NOT wearing a name tag. Neither associate at the store was. The back area was very cluttered behind the counter. After I explained to him, that he was violating customer service polices, he isn't wearing his name tag, and asked for his name again, he said "Cody" and went back to doing paper work. All the while another customer is holding a child at the register and he doesn't greet her either.Infront of this customer, I pointed that out to him as well.Horrible customer service. Will never shop here again, and I stopped in a lot actually.All worth it over a dollar and an invisible line right?

The bathrooms were filthy. The employees are pleasant and are doing the best they can. I made the decision to stop going here even though they have the cheapest gas because it’s usually overcrowded and I always feel uncomfortable.
