I personally feel like it is a shame that those employees have to work in that heat and they refused to get the air conditioning fixed for their very poor management I personally feel they should be ashamed of themselves

Cashier was rude. We were buying a few items and my 3 year old had to pee. They said it's not open to the public.Left all our stuff and went to Dollar General.Much nicer people there.

My visit was pretty good, all the employees know me & any newbies I introduce myself. I enjoy the chain of Family Dollar employees, it's fun wking with all of thm. Keep up the good wk Team👏

I wouldn't usually bother with a review, but the wonderful clerk Darrin,at the register was delightful! Such energy and spirit. Each customer greeted warmly. If only every store had a Darrin, I'd shop there every day. My husband and I both left smiling, although we only stopped for ice, which they didn't have, lol. Keep up the customer service Darrin, let it rub off on others!

Aisles were clean and clear of any products or trash. Have some cute clothes, especially for children. A good place for local travelers and community members to quickly pick up some things. However, during my visit the staff came off as rude. I'm not sure if this can be due to a long shift or regular stress, but I noticed that they were not friendly to the customers. Also, the way the displays are arranged near the cashiers make for an awkward line to form that causes you to stand in the way of customers who are still shopping. Overall, this place was okay. I would still come here if only to quickly purchase something.

While I didn't purchase, the store is laid out nicely, had many of the items I will purchase and not have to travel 30 miles or more to go get. In my personal opinion, this is what Thoreau needed . I don't think that it will hurt BJ's in the long term as there are grocery items that only BJ's sell.

It's the place to stop and shop for the things you need either living here or just passing on by on the interstate. It'ss conveniently located right off interstate I40 and the hours are great. Friendly workers always ready to greet you with a smile.

We go here for most things, except they do not have baby formula or fresh produce. They are convenient, as the closest Walmart or Safeway is 30 minutes away in either direction. Tip: buy the stuff you can't get here in bulk at another store and buy everything else here, it'll save you money in most cases.

I went in with my 2 yr old covered on puke on our road trip and asked to use the bathroom to change her. The lady at the register told me I couldn't because they closed in 2 mins. My baby is crying and cover in puke and it is freezing out side. And she said no because she wanted to go home. What a heartless woman

Older lady was not to friendly not a hello n she didn't kno how to give change back right....js I believe she is a manager because she stopped in the middle of transaction n told the young man what to do.....

No air conditioning. Hot in store, and couldn't enjoy my shopping. It's a new store and air conditioner don't work. I don't know how the employees work in such horrible conditions.
