I wanted to support a local business, but this was such a disappointing experience that I felt obligated to share what transpired. The computer was down during my initial visit. I explained that I traveled from Clovis. The owner suggested I wait a bit and said that if it took him longer than an hour, he would discount the ounce I wanted to purchase. I grabbed lunch, and he returned my call with three minutes to spare. Fine. During the purchase, I was advised that I was the only person who requested a discount to wait. Ok. Again, that was passive-aggressive, but I just wanted to be done with the ordeal. Now, on to the product. I purchased their top shelf that was on sale due to the negative connotation associated with the name of the strand. The top two or three buds were pretty and stem and seed-free. However, the remaining buds were riddled with seeds. There were so many seeds that I decided to weigh them. They weighed 6.04 grams. Considering that an ounce is 28 grams, it is pretty reasonable to think that number is grossly excessive. For anyone interested, that means that seeds were 21.43% of the product's weight.
