This particular WM is awesome. I enjoy the extra nice plastic bags that I get for free here. There is always a wonderful selection of clothing. I'm a bigger person, and find plenty to wear there. This store is never understaffed either. There's always a person available with an open check lane! I like this store so much better than my Colorado stores. I live on the New Mexico border. I definitely prefer less taxes and free grocery bags in NM !

Excellent small town store. They have a bit of everything and just enough to save you a trip to a bigger store.The store is clean, well stocked and the employees are friendly.

We had an issue with customer service.The staff was completely rude and unfriendly.We had a manager be completely rude to us. Giving us dirty looks and continuing to give us dirty looks as we spoke with the actual polite upper management.Not sure what the problem is here for so many staff members to treat customers so badly.I believe this location needs additional training in guest relations.

No produce! No bakery! Most items aren’t even in stock. Hardly any variety. This is like literally stepping back in time. Even their frozen food aisle was terrible. Made a mistake going here. Go only if you sort of need something, don’t mind spending a lot of time looking for it and aren’t disappointed if you can’t find it.Oh and don’t go here if you need any food. There’s an Albertsons half a mile away, go there

I had read the reviews and was a bit concerned. I went today to the pharmacy and received vaccinations. Nice, nice people! Pharmacist was wonderful. I got wine and the woman waiting on me couldn’t have been more lovely!

Modest, small, with more basics than variety. It is not kept very well. I'm not big on huge walmarts, so this was good for me. But, if you like the huge, clean, modernized super walmarts, this isn't it. There's enough parking in a convenient part of town. It was stocked pretty well and had everything you would need for daily life or for getting the things you forgot during your visit to town.

The management here is awful and as a result, you will recive close to no help from the workers. I understand that almost no one enjoys working at walmart and do not blame the attitude of the workers, although i have worked here and have learned that the managers do not care about this store and should have just found new jobs a very long time ago. This store needs new management for the sake of everyone involved.

Employees are extremely nice and helpful. Camper friendly parking.The store doesn't accept wireless payment. I've had lots of issues with Walmart Pay as well at other locations.

My phone has suggested that I give Walmart a rating because it thinks I visited there one week ago. However I have not been to Walmart since I discovered that they are financially supporting Israelis genocide. Until further further notice I won't be visiting there at all.

It was okay for some things but they don't have any fruits, vegetables or fresh meat. I would definitely recommend going up the road for grocery shopping.

I gave this particular Walmart a 5! Bcuz it still has that old time old grocery store feeling and look to it...it's like before the super wallyworlds came about...and only in Taos, NM...!

Some are better than others and I glad Taos has one, but this is a terrible one. Go early if you must.Aside from consistently low stock, aisles that seem about 5 ft. wide, shoppers seem to have zero awareness of where they are or if other humans may be in the vicinity. If it's crowded just leave, not worth what's left of your sanity.

Went to cash a check and didnt ger it cashed but the service was great!! The lady befind the counter was helpful and did her best to cash my check. Had a good experiance.

Stopped at this Walmart on our way home to Southern. It turned out to be a small mart and didn't find several items that we were looking. Customer service was iffy and no smiles were to be found. But of course thankful for what items that they did have. One thing I did really like where the sturdy Walmart bags that you can use up to 125 x and are washable.

People are friendly. Not hard to find things in store. Clean. The only down side to the store is it is in a small city/town. Not very much to find here. Mostly basic things for every day life.

This Walmart must have gotten a new general manager. The associates are friendly throughout the store and the cashier's are actually saying good morning, afternoon or evening. I guess it's time for Smiths and Albertsons to find a general manager just like Walmart Taos. I had a very pleasant experience this morning at Walmart

Good selection of snacks & spirits. They have a nice selection of wines, locally grown beef, and Haagen Dazs ice cream. Also have the best selection of cell phone accessories and chargers, laptops and TV's in town. What more do you need?

Poorly stocked, low inventory and generally unclean parking lot and sidewalks. Potted plants were wilting badly.I have been to MUCH nicer Walmart stores. Taos deserves better.
