This company installs and services the internet at central crossings condos. The internet failed around midnight and they came and had everything working before noon. Excellent service!!!

Knowlegable good guys in here. Was in town for business, my Dell laptop needed a replacement power supply. Adam sorted me out in 2 minutes with a universal supply that included multiple charging tips that could be switched out in a snap. Aftermaket part was reasonably priced and it works great.

I was sent here by Russell cellular who's rep broke the sim tray switching sims on my new phone. They said he could fix it, and he did. However he felt that Verizon should pay the invoice ($20). He and I both spent about an hour on the phone, during which the employee at Verizon lied and said they didn't break it and the owner said they wouldn't pay. (See review for south side Verizon store) Gary didn't charge me, and I loved his professional attitude! I just wish the cheapskate owner of Russel cellular would pay his invoice and replace my sim tray.I'd give E.S. 10 stars if I could!

I've used their services from the first day they opened. They are a wonderful resource, always helpful, professional and personable. There is always a bit of a waiting period for repairs because they do a lot of business but it is reasonable. They get all my computer maintenance work and their work seems to be very fairly priced. I was in Taos for the weekend and needed to get some work done. I soon realized my laptop screen was too small for what I needed to do, and I wanted to connect to an ancient TV that was available where I was staying. First I have to praise the people at the Taos Walmart, two of whom directed me to Electric Sheep. Michael (I think) at Electric Sheep, knew exactly what I needed. He even tested it on a similar laptop in the shop, to make sure it worked. Saved me big time!

Worst and unreliable establishment. Held our Mac book for 6 weeks and didn’t get back to us at all. They don’t answer the phone and they don’t communicate what’s going on with a $1500 computer. Go to Santa Fe instead.
