Yes, new owners, super groomers was great and Doggie shop is fabulous also, it was a pleasure taking the dogs and I have 3 shih Tzu which I know are not easy.

Truly the best—-I have been bringing my beagle mix to Super Groomers for a few years now, but they truly shined when I brought in our newly rescued sheltie/papillon mix. Henry had probably NEVER been brushed and had intense matting in his undercoat, dreads, and other issues from years of neglect. Sherri Perry is an angel and immediately made it her mission to help Henry! She gave us a more than fair deal considering he was a rescue in this situation, and after 6 hours of grueling brushing (and potty/rest breaks), saved Henry’s coat. A MIRACLE WORKER! She is experienced with shelties and knew exactly how to care for him, and offered me advice for the future. She cared for this sweet boy as if he was her own while he was there all day, and showed true excellence and expertise in dog grooming. Their whole crew has always been absolutely fantastic and I’ve always had amazing experiences here. I am forever thankful and we look forward to taking him back! Thank you for saving his beautiful coat and making him feel comfortable and loved. *2 Photos are of after, and then a couple of before he was groomed

Super Groomers did an amazing job on my 13 year old long haired Dutch Shepherd mix dog. We moved back home to NM a year ago, and my dog’s fur had become so dry and unruly. When I picked my girl back up, she looked, felt, and acted like a young pup again! I was so pleased to see that my dog seemed happy with her experience. When I left her, they assured me that they knew how to take care of my dog’s coat; they were professional and knowledgeable. We’ll definitely be going back, thank you!!

If I could give Super Groomers 10 stars I would! They shaved both our kitties for the summer. What people dont realize is what skill and talent it takes to do this to a cat! I call this husband and wife team the "cat whisperers of Taos". Every time we have taken our kitties there we are greeted with professionalism and kindness! I am a local and have recommended Super Groomers to everyone I know.

This review is for Doggy Shop Groomers. I am so happy they are here in Taos. My Yorkie came home happy, looking beautiful and not stressed. I highly recommend this business. Jota had a great day at Super Groomers. After a blue berry facial, paw-decure and haircut, he’s ready to face the world. SG was very patient with him and us? Highly recommend them, just sorry we won’t be able to commute from Las Vegas to bring Jota back.

The WORST groomers EVER! I brought my 13 year old dog in the morning and they kept her inside for 8 hours without even letting her out for a pee!!!They are terrible and actually cruel and no one should EVER bring their dogs there. I didn’t even want to leave one star for these supposed groomers. All of their employees actually quit because they were appalled at how the owners ran their business.Beware of these people, they are not to be trusted!!!!!!

Super Groomers Sherri Perry is an awesome groomer.Took our Lhasa mix Luc in for the first time since we adopted him in February from Stray Hearts animal shelter.He looks great and he still liked her after we picked him up.We also learned he is part Cairn terrier because he has the unique coat of a Cairn. Thanks again Sherri!Happy dog day!

Hands down the best dog groomer in Taos (have had bad experiences elsewhere) and the best haircut my schnauzer has gotten anywhere. They genuinely love every animal that enters their shop.My dog has severe separation anxiety, but was happy and calm when I picked him up. Highly recommend!

My cat got into the fireplace and was completely covered in soot. I called super groomers and they not only were able to get us in for grooming the same day but they did an amazing job! The cat went who from white to black /grey with soot was clean as could be and very relaxed when I picked him up. Thank you super groomers!! Highly recommend.

Can’t recommend this place enough! It was my first time bringing my two pups to this groomer and they were very professional and kind. When I picked them up they looked stunning! The groomers explained what they did during the grooming including a hot oil treatment for my pup with dry skin. He feels so soft! They even sent me home with extra bows for my yorkie and told me to come back for a face trim and top knot free of charge if needed between groomings. They also told me that they keep up training and new techniques! Thanks Super Groomers!

Critters is the best! We have been bringing our dog to Audrey for years and he just loves her. He was afraid of having his nails trimmed due to some bad experiences with other groomers, but she makes him feel comfortable and he is happy to go to the groomer now. She also does a great job with training! She has worked with our dog on basic training skills and quickly taught him things we weren't able to get him to do ourselves. We call her the dog whisperer. We highly recommend!

I can’t recommend this place enough! I moved to taos for the winter with my goldendoodle pup and I took her here 4 times and every time was a great experience. I’ve never met such hardworking people! I love that Sherri and her husband work hands on deck every day to ensure such a smooth and professional experience for the animals. It is worth a mention that this isn’t a short experience and can take quite a few hours but it’s because they make sure the animal has been walked/used the restroom and just truly comfortable. They want your pet to feel good being pampered! On top of that Sherri offered to find me someone like her once I moved back to my hometown. I mean who does that in their busy schedules? I love supporting local business like this! Best in Taos for a reason!

My dogs love this place - they actually get excited when I drop them off and are happy as can be when I pick them up! They always look great and smell wonderful too! They gave our old dog-man Guinness a black and white tie around his collar when we picked him up - he looked great! Awesome groomers

I have lived in DC, Mexico City, and small town North Carolina, of all the placed I have taken my dogs Super Groomers stands out for their professionalism, skill, qualifications, and value. I always look forward to dropping my dogs off with Sherry and Mark because I know that they are well taken care of. My smallest dog actually gets excited when we pull in the parking lot. If I could give these guys more stars I would.

Great customer service skills, great attitudes, and very friendly staff with human and dog. You can tell these people enjoy what they do and that your dog is his or her priority. This was such an incredible experience! My mother just adopted Crayon, and I brought Crayon and her other dog, JJ, for full grooming sessions. Come to find out that Crayon was deathly afraid of water, but Sherry and Mark were so absolutely wonderful! They took their time with her, and of course, she ended up loving them! I think it took about 6 hours for the entire experience, even keeping Mark and Sherry beyond closing time, but the love they had for Crayon and JJ was extraordinary! I just can't say enough wonderful things about Super Groomers. Thank you so very much Mark, Sherry and staff!! See you again soon, and next, you will get to meet Charlotte, or Charley, as we all call her.

We had a great experience with super groomer. Called them yesterday and had an appointment today. They are very professional and accomodating. We actually got surprised on how much they charge us, they are very reasonable and honest. If you'll need grooming services in taos better go to this place than any other else.

While traveling through Taos, NM with our dog, Brady, staying in a VRBO, he got “skunked” What a nightmare while on the road! We called Super Groomers and they got us in right away. They spent 6 hours on him - 2 soaks in a specific formula, and 3 washes. They were very professional, knew exactly what to do. Brady was hit by a very young/potent skunk, in the face, ears, eyes and mouth. You can see in the pics how swollen his eyes were 😢We just couldn’t be happier with the service and level of care we received. I would recommend this groomer to everyone and anyone. They really cared - and understood how traumatized Brady was. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

This was a first time experience my dog which was stolen a couple years back her name is "Sugar" came back into our lives by chance. She was matted full of stickers in need of desperate help. They worked her in same day alleviating all the worry we had for our 🐕 and was passionate patient and understanding of her needs giving her the upmost care 200+ stickers later and gave her back to me on comfort and bliss. I can't say thanks enough for such an awesome job!

First of all, know that Super Groomers is not in any way related to Critters, the business purchased three years ago. How it took me this long to discover Super Gromers is disturbing. Thank God I have angels. Sherri is not just good. She is a Nationally Certified Master Groomer with 30 years experience, including Westminster! After fighting this battle hand stripping Terriers all my life, my alpha Welshie won. No match for Sherri, however. These folks are hospitable, customer service oriented top professionals I've only dreamed of having access to for my boy. It's a 10 star rating here!
