Most of the people at this pharmacy are super nice and helpful. I think the young woman who helped us--Emma, I believe--went out of her way. She texted us when the medication was ready so we didn't have to linger around the store.The poor staff are overworked, including the pharmacist, who is working like crazy every single time we're in there. Yes, there is always a wait, but that's just because they are understaffed.

Beware of making appointments online for meningitis vaccine. The website allowed me to make an appt for that vaccine. After a lengthy drive from another town for the appt, I was told they do not carry that particular vaccine. The staff member was not sorry about it either.

Always have positive experiences with the folks at this pharmacy. I think your automated system needs an update/rewrite however. System said pickup after 10:30 so I stopped at 11am - prescriptions not ready and don't know when. 1pm robo call stating "out of stock" will let me know. No notice or update the next day. 11am on the 3rd day I stop to check on meds they are all available no one knows why I was told "out of stock". As it stands the automated system is of NO HELP ! Good thing people are available.

My doctor DECREASED my prescription of 30mg Adderall to the 20mg because they were a bit too strong for me. The pharmacist denied me my prescription saying it was to soon to fill because I had filled the 30mg a few weeks earlier. I tried explaining my situation, explaining my doctor thought I could benefit from a lower dose and that's why she prescribed me 20mg instead. My doctor even called and spoke to him for me, but he still denied me. The 2 other prescriptions I needed that were called in for me as well weren't available ....The Wellbutrin would be at least few days and my Trintellex would be at least a week. This pharmacy is a joke. My doctor called into a different pharmacy in the area and I got all 3 of my prescriptions with no problem what so ever....If you're from out of town DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE!!! And the other workers are very rude and unprofessional as well!!

Extremely rude staff!! Stay away from this place!! Very poor customer service skills! No common decency towards the customers! No trace of professionalism here! I can't believe this place is in business. Stay away from albertsons!

I am DISABLED. Today the pharmacist made me move from the chair, the same chair an elderly women had just moved from. Why? Because apparently I don’t look disabled, maybe because I’m younger. She said it was reserved for other patients. I explained I was ill and disabled and she said it doesn’t matter I need to move. Then she said if you are really disabled go to Starbucks. I literally stood there crying after waiting 45 minutes for medications. I will NEVER shop here again or support these people. I am truly shocked, extremely hurt and appalled by the way I was treated today. I spoke to the store manager who seemed concerned but I know there won’t be repercussions. That was absolutely insane to be treated that way because I don’t “look” disabled. If I could sue I would.

I had to switch to Albertsons from Walgreens because of insurance. Since then I have consistently had a very poor experience at Albertson's. Most of the staff have bad attitudes. There are long wait times for everything. I do not recommend this pharmacy.
