I love and really appreciate this dispensary. The manager and staff are always amazingly great. Always such a great experience. Every time I visit they definitely will help you find the greatest deal that works for you and I feel it’s the best quality from all of the rest I visited, I highly recommend this place you won’t regret it .

So today, I was with my friend Brian and as soon as we walked in the facility, we were greeted by a beautiful girl named America. Right off the bat she gave us the best customer service I honestly ever received. From start to finish she made us smile and satisfied us of our purchases. Excitement isn't even close to the feeling you get when you enter. There has been a new standard set for dispensaries in Sunland Park, NM. The vibe is electric, the aesthetics are visually stunning and the staff is genuinely caring, knowledgable and helpful. Had the pleasure of meeting Pablo and his wife Ivette. They were very welcoming and gave a tour of their location. In time, they'll adding a infused coffee shop and lounge. I wish then nothing but the best and am personally looking forward to what the Duran's bring to this industry.. Pay them a visit and see for yourself. Cheers!

The customer service here is amazing. Not only are they all so kind every time I come here but when I had a technical issue with a product the manager didn’t hesitate to make it right. The flower sold here is top notch and worth every penny. I will absolutely be returning and telling all my friends this is the dispensary to go to.

I love the atmosphere of this dispensary! Coming from the west coast where there is nothing but dispensaries, this has to be by far my favorite. The Bud tender cam definitely knows his grass and is always so kind/helpful when I come into this establishment! He is quick and persist when he is there! I’ve been lucky to only interact with him when I am there and might even say he is the reason I come to this establishment! He is awesome!

I went today with my homie Manny, America was the person that helped us out, it was my first time and she was dope! She was sociable and her customer service was top tier fr. Drive thru is a plus as well since most of the time I’m in a rush, if there’s a long line don’t freak out…it moves quick because everyone is fast!

They have some good specials and so much more to choose from. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The display of plants is a site to see. You will be amazed at the process. This place is always clean and they are jamming music. Now they have a coffee shop and you'll get free coffee with your purchase. They have other vendors set up, selling food, artwork, etc.

This used to be my go to place but lately I’ve had nothing but bad experiences. One of the workers here is never nice. I don’t even get acknowledged by him, too busy on his phone I guess. And like I get it people have off days, but every single time Cam is working it’s so uncomfortable to shop here. I also don’t appreciate him slamming stuff in front of me. I’d rather go spend more money at Dark Matter then feel like I’m inconveniencing “Cam”. Train your employees better.

Today I went in for the first time, and was greeted by a good vibes security guard. It’s very simple to get it in as long as you come in with a valid ID. As soon as you get in the staff greets you. JD was the budtender that helped me and he was very informative, especially since it was my first time there. He started straight off with the deals of the day, which is great because they’re also thinking of our pockets. But even if you wanted to go high shelf, the prices are still great. Bought some top shelf indica that was recommended by JD. The strain definitely gave me the effect I was looking for, so they are also educated on their products. I also asked about some gummies and he recommended some really good ones for my anxiety. He explained the products benefits and everything. I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend this place if it’s your first time in a dispensary.
