Store associates are always in a bad mood and unapproachable. If you ask something they look at you ugly. I wouldn’t stop if it wasn’t the only family dollar mar me, but unfortunately it is. I never look forward to walking in here unless I have to. Store is disorganized and always out of stock on many items. Poor management on their end and it shows.

I arrived to Family Dollar Monday, October 10 at 9:45 PM. On the website it shows family dollar closes at 10 so there was still 15min left until closing time. Both female associates inside of the store had already locked the doors and close the store down. They both saw me outside of the door and did not hesitate to look my way even tho they were both near the door. They continued with their closing procedures, and left me standing outside for at least a good two minutes. I decided to leave because they were ignoring me, even though they were in close proximity to the door. They could obviously see me standing there but decided to not look my way. Not even to say “Sorry we closed early todayz.”Very unprofessional. I thought family dollar/Dollar General was better than this.

Unfortunately they don't carry a particular brand of popcorn anymore but I found other things. Store was well stocked and clean! Ladies working were very polite and helpful

I dont shop there anymore even though i live in this area. The manager there looks like she has problems at home and doesn't want to be there she looks at you if like if your there to steal to make things even worse the store is a mess this has gone on for years if there were anglos living in this area things would be different thing owners need to look into this they lost my business long time ago

Si pudiera darle zero lo haría. Fui a la tienda a las siete de la tarde, me fui al pasillo donde están las papas y estaba una muchacha que trabaja allí gordita. La verdad no soy de juzgar pero el pasillo donde estaba ella olía muy feo después nos acercamos más para poder ver las papas algo cerca de ella y supe que si era ella la que olía muy desagradable. Pensé que fui la única que lo olió pero cuando nos fuimos de ahí mi novio me dijo que si yo avía olido entonces si era un olor no agradable. Cuando fuimos a pagar no estaba en la cajera y tocamos el timbre pero no vino así que decidimos tocar otra vez y cuando vino la misma muchacha nos dijo que sólo una vez se toca y le explicamos porque aviamos tocado dos veces y dijo que a la otra no nos va a hacer caso. Mi novio le dijo que ese era su trabajo y ella dijo que si ella quería no nos atendía. No se porque ella andaba así y ademas porque olía tan mal solo pienso que si no quieren atender a las personas que no trabajen en retail. Y’all should find better people to work plz.

Very bad treatment, the employees are super rude, they don't serve you because they are piled up just talking and they never have change according to them. I wouldn't go back to that store just because of the rude employees who feel like they own the store.🤬
