After investing time, money and hard work to harvest an awesome bison this company absolutely screwed the pooch and charged 3 times as much as I have ever paid. Not sure I even got my meat back. The hamburger is absolutely inedible taste like it has rancid beef tallow. Our steaks and roast are not trimmed and unclean. I was charged over $1,000 for them to ruin what was to be my families meat for the year. Will never use them again, just so disappointed.

Dave, Mike and the staff at H&H are very friendly and professional. The facility is super easy to get to, the dock is set up for ease of unloading game. Very clean inside and out. The packaging process is absolutely wonderful, they process and vacuum pack your meats exactly like you requested. They also have access to different taxidermists for all your trophy mounting needs. I highly recommend if your hunting in NE New Mexico that you take your game to H&H processing, you won’t be disappointed!

They have processed elk for us in the past few years. Very pleased with the services. Processing was completed in a timely manner and done within the timeframe they quoted. Packaging is very good and clearly labeled. Their tenderized steaks are perfectly done. Highly recommend this place. Hopefully I’ll be bringing them another elk this year.

Since new ownership in 2018, the new owners really turnedthe business around in a new direction for the better. They have processed several elk and deer for my family. I do not have a single complaint. They took their time and made sure it was exactly what we wanted! Thank you Dave and Audra and your great crew!PS the specialty meats are out of this world!

I’ve been taking game to h & h processing for years elk and antelope. Have always been fully satisfied. We really like the vacuum sealed packaging keeps the meat fresh forever. Their service is top notch. When hunting anywhere near we take our meat there for processing

I called before hand and spoke with the owner. After talking with him a while I asked if they gave Veteran discounts and was told they did. "We'll work something out for you, I'm a Navy Vet myself." I was stoked! I had my very first hunt ever and bagged a beautiful cow. My friends helped skin and 1/4 her and we dropped her off. We were told we'd probably get about 6 roasts some steak and a bunch of burger. I was totally cool with that.I was called out of town for work, the holidays, and bad weather kept me from going right back up but was told it was not a problem at all. This was my fault and mine alone. But to be told it was no problem meant they were fine with it too.When I drove back (from Albuquerque) they brought it 2 bags and told us to have a great day. I got home and my son asked hey, why does this bag say 1/3 and this one says 3/3? I called and of course they said they didn't have it. Then they realized their mistake. They'd given my meat to someone else! My wife called because I was a little angry, and was told they were so sorry and they would give us 25 2 pound packages of hamburger because we missed 24 of chili ground and 1 hamburger. "We're so sorry, will throw some extras in because it was our mistake!" They offered to call that guy and make him bring all of my meat back (he'd already given it to friends and family), but who knows how it was handled?I got exactly 25 2 pound packages of someone else's meat. No idea how it was handled in the field. No roasts, very few steaks. When I asked about the Veteran discount I was told "sorry, not this year, maybe we can do something for you next year."Oh, and by the way, 2 pound packages are actually 1.8 pounds. So in 50 pounds they skim 5 free pounds for themselves. They cheated me out of 10% of my meat!!! I paid them and fed them. Total BS.I will never, ever (no not ever) use or recommend this processor to anyone at all. I wish they made it possible to give a negative start rating.

Was extremely happy with Trophy Hunting Adventures!!! They treated us like family"redheaded step children"!! The hunt was awesome! Dom our guide for the week top notch! H&H Processing did a fantastic job processing our bull elk!!! Highly recommend THA and H&H Processing!!!

H & H Processing is super clean, organized, and does things in a timely manner. Everything in vacuumed sealed bags sure does make the meat fresher when frozen for long periods. I will use them for all my processing.

I have used H&H since 2011 and have always been pleased with the processing of my meat , however now with the new owners they are very friendly , the place is extremely clean and they honor there word very trust worthy , and the outside looks much better .

Dropped off my elk, had hamburger, and steaks made in a timely fashion and for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be back......as long as I actually shoot something.
