The Walmart on Valley drive is always out of something or they just don't carry what I'm looking for, the other Walmarts in town will have it. I don't know if it's poor management or if Walmart doesn't think the people on my side of town deserve a fully stocked store . Either way it's very frustrating!

Once upon a time, employees were courteous. They used to assist paying customers. Now, especially at this Walmart, employees will cut you off, intentionally block isles (not hard considering how little space they give you to walk), intentionally walk head on into your path forcing you as the customer to move, stand in groups blocking the flow of people at the only 2 of 18 registers that are open, and in general have a lack of customer service/appreciation for their paying clientele.

Disgusting... we are from out of town we visited the store at 7:00 in the morning. It just so happened I had to use the restroom as I entered the restroom tissue paper full of feces on the side of each stall it was disgusting they couldn't blame it on new customers it was though they don't clean their restrooms before or after closing

We were there for hours shopping for our favorite time of the year.Little things for our loved ones in lieu of being retired now. Practically no income.Presents are rare, long thought out, and saved up for.We enjoyed our persons unwrapping their gifts.That was the best. Thanks Walmart.

Getting accused of stealing and getting stopped by lost prevention or someone under Walmart who stocks a few customers. While I was on my way out at the exit he stopped me and saying to empty my packets cause I stolen. I wasn't going to do so but since I was with my son and grandma I didn't want to cause a scene for it was already embarrassing. I empty my packets and showed him the receipt and not even a apology. Going to be escalating this matter with Walmart corporate

This was a very nice store. Very helpful and happy employees. They knew their layout and took you direct to the product. The shelves were well stocked and neat. The best part was a special gluten-free section, making it much easier to find things. Other Walmarts, mix everything together and it's good in one resect, I spend less.Easy in out, off the main road a couple blocks. Good parking.

Quick stop at Walmart water refill machine works great. One of the employees at self checkout was a joker cracking jokes. Nice to see someone that doesn't hate the job they have.

I can't stand when you go in to Walmart to buy things and you have cops just following you around like your a thief I don't need to sell anything from there it's not my fault you can't afford to pay workers you going to pay me to self checkout no ok then I pay my way in life I'm not a bad person so think about that

I had a hard time shopping because their web site wouldn't tell me the location of the items I needed, apparently they changed their website making it harder for me to understand and use, I could get the price but no location in the store to find it.

The person In charge of ordering for the frozen foods section should be fired. All popular items that usually sell out have not been ordered for months. The food in its place has been sitting for months now. You have to notice that stuff is not selling. Why I are people in charge that can't handle the position? What a joke!

I do shopping from this Walmart for more than 2 years. The overall service is not bad. But the lady at the customer service counter is very rude. She doesn’t even know about the Walmart return policy and not even ready to listen! And she is the one who is always present in the customer care.I wish someone could teach her some basic manners. If I had an option, I will never go there again; just because of this one employee

Just went to pick up essentials. Quick in and out once I got my items, between 6:00-6:30 p.m. No lines this time with cashier's. Self checkout did not look busy.

The fruit here is not fresh at all, most the time you can see mold growing on the raspberries. Maybe the bananas being the only exception when they restock them once a month. Very very little variety in merchandise compared to any other walmart.Always close their doors 15 to 30 minutes early, so never show up late. Just give up and go tomorrow.This place fills me with depression everytime I'm forced to get something here.

I like this Walmart because the employee named Dave is always friendly greeting with a smile and helpful. This Walmart thru the years has been kind of slacking on inventory, but I'm glad the store is in our town. Before they came to town we either got scalped on prices or had to drive 80 miles to Abq to shop.

Produce section is very weak with a limited supply of limited number of fruits compared to other Walmarts. Perhaps this is due to the small number of people here I'm not sure but was disappointed in the selection and quality. The oranges I bought were sour and tasteless. Will not buy fruit here again.

WALMART IN GENERAL IS TERRIBLE!? Their web site is trash. 2 months ago i tired to place an order for a $500.00 AC unit. After several attempts it kept defaulting back to one of their store in Sacramento, CA. I gave up and purchased it from Home Depot.Today I tried to place a $150.00 order. After several times (4) it continued to do the same thing. Got my phone out tried on it (2) and it also defaulted back to Sacramento!I'll drive additional 30 miles to shop at Safeway or Bashas in Springerville, AZ before i give this company another dime!Tried to not give them a single star rating but it wouldn't let me post!

Walmart is already a place to shop that I count as a necessary evil. Their prices, convenience and HOURS usually make it enticing. However, if you think that you’ll be able to go get that medication for your kid, or your allergy pills at 10:45 (15 minutes to closing)…think again! They locked the doors! They turned away customers! And the employee said, “I was told to lock the doors.” I know HE wasn’t to blame. So I don’t think HE was in the wrong. But if your hours say, “Closes at 11pm,” then you should probably stay open until then. If you’re going to close early, then you should have a sign explaining the situation (e.g. we don’t have enough staff, or there’s a problem with the registers, or we all just want to go home). There was a (rather rude and crude) lady who had a kid who needed medication. Walmart had the power to let that happen, and well within time to go to the medication isle and then check out…but they didn’t let that happen. Same with me. I had to get an allergy medication that I didn’t realize I was out of. I would have gone there, and then back again in less than 5 minutes, even with checking out. But in their wisdom, they tell their employees to lock the doors before closing time. Without reason, I guess.

I happened to be in town when I arrived, The large parking space they have to offer.Their pick up service has about 19 stations.The outside is very modern.Inside i must say it is very nice and clean.Very modern! One of the best if not the best walmart I have shopped in.Their shopping carts are all new. Their customer center is very nice. Wide open facility to shop. No waiting time.Great job on management! It truly is one of them nicest walmarts to go shopping. Their floors even shine!

This is an okay place to shop. Majority of the time they have stuff you need. Employees seem generous for the most part. The remodeling was a bit overwhelming at first, but it's quite easy to get used to. I think my husband and I will shop here again soon!

This Walmart used to have great employees. They were kind, helpful and provided stellar customer service. It really took the sting out of shopping at Walmart, they actually made it enjoyable. But, in the past year or so, all those good workers are gone. They've been replaced by a bunch of people who don't care about their job, who avoid customers altogether and who are remarkably rude when you do find them. Going from the best Walmart I had ever been in, to the absolute worst, even including some inner city stores, this place desperately needs new management. Socorro deserves better.
