One of my trips to Walmart was an Easter delight! I stumbled upon the cutest bunnies and Easter decor, adding a festive touch to my shopping experience. While browsing, I noticed one bunny had a minor flaw, but the manager's exceptional customer service saved the day by offering a generous discount. It's these small gestures that truly make a difference. As I left the store, I couldn't help but appreciate the breathtaking view of the mountains, adding to the overall charm of my Walmart visit. It's moments like these that keep me coming back for more!

An item on the shelf was clearly marked at a price, It ring up over twice as much. they refused to make the price correction. claiming it was a vendor item that they had no control over.

I think this was the best Walmart experience I've ever had. It was clean and well-stocked. The employees I came in contact with were kind and respectful. I got everything that I needed besides 2 produce items because the selection was spoiled. Very happy here. Their liquor and beer selection is the best in town. Hands down beats all prices and selections.10/10 would recommend - & IVE NEVER SAID THIS ABOUT A WALMART

It was my first time at this Walmart, and I reckon I like it - it seems to be pretty laid back. I only needed a few things but I had an hour to kill while my daughter did grocery shopping, so I took my time. The staff was very helpful and the whole place is certainly clean as a whistle. It's nice to have a Subway inside the store. I couldn't resist buying a nice fresh sandwich on my way out!

{EDIT: DELIVERY LOCATION FOUND/UPDATED AND INSTRUCTIONS LISTENED TO! THANK YOU!}Item got delivered (directly from the store?) to the wrong address with no real indication outside a vague photo of WHERE it's been left. Also my residence isn't connected directly to neighboring homes so looking around would be pointless, plus I don't have the friendliest/most social neighbors and it's real weird to go asking them if they got a random package from Walmart at their doorstep late in the evening since I work during the day. It's not even confirmed by anyone at the residence to ensure it's the right place. My delivery instructions for the location of home were clearly ignored/not seen.This is more beef with the online service not necessarily the store: I wasn't specified to if the order was going to be delivered via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.. if I had known it was gonna be an immediate delivery from the store, I would've immediately cancelled the order to have it picked up or officially delivered all by any of the above mentioned services.Summary: Wrong home. No clear indication of location. Not connected directly to neighbors/neighbors aren't friendly so suggesting I drive around aimlessly asking if they have my item is a bad idea. No ensuring of correct address/resident first (I get it, this isn't something inherently an option for delivery by service but maybe it should be if it's a combination?) (Again more with the online service) : No clear indication of direct from store delivery vs delivery service (USPS etc.), just stated it'll be delivered. I assumed a delivery service, as that was my choice, not direct from store. Cause I knew they'd make the same mistake as last time and that costed me something.I was given a refund (why I rated 2 stars not 1) but this is exactly why I am not keen on normally requesting direct delivery from this store in particular for this address. Otherwise I actually have zero complaints about the store or anything.I'll probably change this rating once I can be assured by this store I can actually have direct delivery (even without choice) without fear I'll not get a refund or get help when/if it keeps getting misplaced as there are limits to that.

Self checkout nightmare! The machines are picky, the customers in front didn't know how to use them, the support team - ok, one guy - is slow AND overwhelmed. Terrible experience! Forty minutes to check out on an early Monday afternoon. Pitiful.

Spent a few days in town. Made one visit. Store was extremely clean, tidy and organized, and it was Black Friday morning!!!!!! Employees welcoming and helpful. Prices reasonable. We travel a lot and don't see too often a WalMart as nice as this one.

Slept at it the other night, wasn't too uncomfortable. On the east side there's an outlet, covered benches, and a strong wifi signal. While there is a heavy police presence in this town, not a single person bothered me about posting up there for 2 days.

I had a very nice experience there, very friendly people, one of the cleanest Walmarts I have been in. A very good location for all you need if just visiting Silver City or the Gila Cliff Dwellings.

I don't know what happened to this walmart rampant discrimination going to the point of ridiculousness only homeless looking people have to be belittle separated from their personal possessions while socer moms stuff their oversized purses . I even had a old man peeping at me in the bathroom .let's get it together walmart

Walmart pickup is everything! It makes so easy because I get too distracted in the store and we'll buy way too much things that I don't need and forget things that I do need. So this makes it so nice for my ADHD

Groceries and Rx is my main reason. Lately Walmart has been out of alot of my necessities. Pies for Thanksgiving were really not a good selection. And where were the brown and serve rolls my Thanksgiving favorites??

I came in from out of town and my phone broke. I went in to see what could be done. The electronics manager, Caleb was by far the biggest help to me. He was so helpful and went above and beyond what he needed to do. He did an amazing job and needs to be recognized. Such a nice person and so helpful. I couldn't thank him enough!!!

now that they have everyone who thought they were a "customer" of walmart at this store doing the self checking and cart retrieval in the parking lot, you need to pay particularly close attention to the prices of your items that is posted in the aisles and compare to what you ring yourself up at. other wise youre ripping yourself off and have no-one to blame. This place could be in a Zombie Apocalypse movie.

Victoria and Regan sure run a tight ship at the Silver City, NM Vision Center. As a walk-in, they professionally kept me informed of wait time while efficiently taking care of folks' needs. While filling my glasses prescription, Victoria discussed the benefits of insuring my glasses. Thank goodness I purchased the insurance because the dog ate my glasses within a few days after I got my new glasses! Regan and Victoria totally replaced them at no cost.

Walmart has a large variety. It is one stop shopping. They have been changing things around and have cleaned it up. It's pretty nice now. So far, there has been no shortage of any food. Prices have increased just like everywhere else, but not exorbitantly...well, now there are some shortages here and there. And some prices have gone crazy. For instance, five dozen eggs carton that used to be $4.00 to $6.00 depending on summer or winter, is now $26.00 in the winter. And, now they are down to $12 and change. Now that it's summer the eggs are down to under $6.00 for five dozen. There are still shortages once in a while, but they don't last long. They are pretty consistent.

Frustrating...The pharmacy had a fifteen minute wait before I was sent to another line to talk to the pharmacist. The shelves were well stocked for once, but they still lack selection. They don't have much in the way of sugar free or low carb foods.

It is wide and well stocked with very friendly and helpful employees. I'd been in one in El Paso, TX., days before where I felt I was in a 3rd world store: narrow aisles, packed to the gills with people milling about, brands I'd never seen before ... Obviously, not ALL Walmarts are created equal!

The lines at the pharmacy are almost always ridiculously long. The shelves are not always fully stocked, but that's getting better. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Due to Covid rules in New Mexico we had to wait for 10 minutes to get inside (ocupancy restrictions ) but there was plenty of food and several areas with Xmas specials. Actually a very clean store.
